أكدت وزارة الداخلية أن كل من يتم ضبطه وهو ينقل مخالفي أنظمة وتعليمات الحج بلا تصريح من المواطنين والمقيمين سيعاقب بغرامة مالية تصل إلى (50,000) ريال والسجن مدة تصل إلى 6 أشهر والمطالبة بمصادرة وسيلة النقل البرية بحكم قضائي، وترحيل الناقل المخالف إن كان وافداً بعد تنفيذ العقوبة ومنعه من دخول المملكة وفقاً للمدد المحددة نظاماً، مشددةً على أن الحصول على تصريح حج نظامي شرط أساسي لأداء فريضة الحج.
وأهابت وزارة الداخلية بالجميع الالتزام بالتعليمات المنظمة لموسم حج هذا العام 1447، والتعاون مع الجهات المختصة لتحقيق أمن وسلامة ضيوف الرحمن، وأن مخالفة هذه التعليمات تعرض مرتكبيها للعقوبات النظامية،
ودعت إلى المبادرة بالإبلاغ عن مخالفيها عبر الرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، والرقم (999) في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that anyone caught transporting violators of the Hajj regulations and instructions without a permit from citizens and residents will be punished with a fine of up to (50,000) riyals and imprisonment for up to 6 months, as well as the confiscation of the land transport vehicle by a judicial ruling. The violating transporter will be deported if they are a foreigner after serving the penalty and will be banned from entering the Kingdom for the legally specified periods. The Ministry emphasized that obtaining a legal Hajj permit is a fundamental requirement for performing the Hajj pilgrimage.
The Ministry of Interior called on everyone to adhere to the instructions regulating this year’s Hajj season 1447 and to cooperate with the relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of the guests of Allah. Violating these instructions exposes the offenders to legal penalties.
It urged individuals to promptly report any violations through the number (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions.
