وأشار اللواء الحارثي إلى أن هذه المنظومة الرقمية المتقدمة أسهمت في فرض رقابة مكثفة وصارمة لحماية ضيوف الرحمن، وقد أعلنت الجهات الأمنية تنفيذ ضربات ناجحة ضد مخالفي أنظمة الحج، ممن استغلوا منصات التواصل لنشر إعلانات مضللة تستهدف الاحتيال وسرقة الأموال تحت غطاء حملات حج وهمية.
وفي هذا السياق، تمكنت شرطة منطقة عسير من إلقاء القبض على مواطن امتهن النصب والاحتيال؛ بعد قيامه بنشر إعلانات وهمية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تروّج لخدمات وحملات حج غير حقيقية، في محاولة للتحايل على الأنظمة المعمول بها، وتأتي هذه الجهود ضمن حملة أمنية شاملة تهدف إلى حماية الحجاج من عمليات الاحتيال وضمان التزام الجميع بالأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة للحج.
محاولات دخول غير نظامية
ضبطت قوات أمن الحج خمسة مخالفين لأنظمة وتعليمات الحج؛ بينهم مقيمان من الجنسية المصرية، ومقيم ووافد من الجنسية اليمنية، إضافة إلى مواطن سعودي، بعد محاولتهم دخول العاصمة المقدسة سيراً عبر منطقة برية دون الحصول على تصريح حج، وأوضحت القوات أنه تم إيقافهم واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم.
وأعلنت دوريات الأمن في العاصمة المقدسة القبض على ثلاثة مقيمين من الجنسية الإندونيسية تورطوا في تنفيذ عمليات نصب واحتيال عبر نشر إعلانات مضللة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لخدمات وحملات حج وهمية. وأسفرت الإجراءات الأمنية عن ضبط تصاريح حج مزوّرة وأدوات استخدمت في تنفيذ المخالفات، وجرى إيقافهم تمهيداً لإحالتهم إلى النيابة العامة. وضبطت قوات أمن الحج مقيماً من الجنسية الباكستانية بعد نقله خمسة مقيمين من الجنسية نفسها ومحاولتهم دخول العاصمة المقدسة والبقاء فيها دون الحصول على تصريح حج. وتم إيقافهم جميعاً واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم.
الطرق الترابية تحت الرقابة
تمكنت قوات أمن الحج من ضبط مواطنين خالفا أنظمة وتعليمات الحج بنقل 17 مقيماً من الجنسية الباكستانية عبر طرق ترابية وأودية بهدف إدخالهم إلى العاصمة المقدسة دون تصريح. وتم إيقافهم واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم. وضبطت قوات أمن الحج مقيماً من الجنسية اليمنية لنقله مقيماً آخر من الجنسية نفسها ومحاولتهما دخول العاصمة المقدسة والبقاء فيها دون الحصول على تصريح حج. وتم إيقافهما واستكمال الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما.
احتيال وإعلانات مضللة
قبضت شرطة منطقة مكة المكرمة على مواطن تورط في تنفيذ عمليات نصب واحتيال عبر نشر إعلانات مضللة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تروّج لتصاريح دخول غير نظامية للعاصمة المقدسة، وتم إيقافه وإحالته إلى النيابة العامة بعد اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية.
حملات وهمية ومكاتب غير مرخصة
جدّدت وزارة الداخلية تحذيراتها من حملات الحج الوهمية والمكاتب غير المرخصة التي تستهدف حجاج الداخل، مؤكدة ضرورة عدم الانسياق خلف الإعلانات المضللة المنتشرة عبر المواقع والمنصات المختلفة. وشددت على أهمية التحقق من نظامية الحملات عبر موقع وزارة الحج والعمرة، والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مخالفات عبر الأرقام المخصصة في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
الإبلاغ عن المخالفين
حثّ الأمن العام جميع المواطنين والمقيمين، على الالتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات الحج، وعدم التعامل مع الجهات أو الإعلانات غير النظامية التي تروّج لخدمات وهمية، ودعا إلى المبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو تجاوزات، مؤكداً أن التعاون المجتمعي عنصر أساسي في حماية ضيوف الرحمن.
الالتزام بتصريح الحج

He added that these technologies also aid in quickly identifying illegal transporters and monitoring vehicles attempting to transport violators through unusual routes or dirt and mountainous roads.

Security authorities have announced successful operations against violators of Hajj regulations, who exploited social media platforms to publish misleading advertisements targeting fraud and theft under the guise of fake Hajj campaigns.
In this context, the police in the Asir region managed to arrest a citizen who engaged in fraud after he published fake advertisements on social media promoting non-existent Hajj services and campaigns, attempting to circumvent the applicable regulations. These efforts are part of a comprehensive security campaign aimed at protecting pilgrims from fraud and ensuring everyone adheres to the regulations and instructions governing Hajj.
Attempts at Illegal Entry
The Hajj security forces apprehended five violators of Hajj regulations, including two residents of Egyptian nationality, a resident and a visitor of Yemeni nationality, in addition to a Saudi citizen, after they attempted to enter the holy capital on foot through a land area without obtaining a Hajj permit. The forces stated that they were stopped and legal actions were taken against them.
The security patrols in the holy capital announced the arrest of three residents of Indonesian nationality involved in executing fraud operations by publishing misleading advertisements on social media to promote fake Hajj services and campaigns. Security measures resulted in the seizure of forged Hajj permits and tools used in committing violations, and they were detained pending referral to the public prosecution. The Hajj security forces also apprehended a resident of Pakistani nationality after he transported five other residents of the same nationality, attempting to enter the holy capital and remain there without obtaining a Hajj permit. All were stopped and legal actions were taken against them.
