نحن اليوم أمام مشهد اقتصادي يسجّل فيه المواطن السعودي حضوراً في ميادين الإنتاج والمنافسة يتجاوز التوقعات، وتشير لغة الأرقام الصادرة حديثاً إلى مرحلة «التوطين النوعي»، الذي يرتكز على المهارة والكفاءة والقيمة المضافة، كما يتضح في مؤشرات سوق العمل!
تشير بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء إلى تجاوز عدد السعوديين العاملين في القطاع الخاص حاجز 2.6 مليون موظف، وهو أعلى رقم تاريخي يعكس تسارع وتيرة التمكين وفاعلية السياسات التي تبنّتها الدولة لإعادة صياغة العلاقة بين المواطن ومنشآت القطاع الخاص، ويرافق هذا النمو انخفاض في معدل البطالة بين السعوديين، ليصل إلى نحو 7.2%، وهي نتيجة لتحسّن كفاءة السوق واستمرار سد فجوة المواءمة بين مخرجات المنظومة التعليمية والاحتياجات الفعلية لقطاعات الأعمال المختلفة!
وتبرز المرأة السعودية شريكاً أساسيّاً في هذا التحوّل، حيث ارتفعت نسبة مشاركتها في سوق العمل إلى أكثر من 34%، متجاوزةً المستهدف في رؤية السعودية 2030، مما يؤكد توسّع الفرص الوظيفية في مختلف التخصصات، ونجاح البيئة التنظيمية في توفير مناخ ملائم يحفّز الكفاءات النسائية على العطاء والمشاركة في منح الاقتصاد مرونة أكبر وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للشركات الوطنية!
ووفقاً للأرقام المعلنة بلغ متوسط الأجر الشهري للمواطنين في القطاع الخاص بنهاية عام 2025 نحو 9,026 ريالاً، مقابل 2,423 ريالاً للوافدين. ويعود هذا الفارق الكبير إلى تمركز 70% من السعوديين في الوظائف ذات المهارات العالية التي تتطلب تخصصات دقيقة وقدرات قيادية، وفي المقابل، يتركّز قرابة 85% من الوافدين في وظائف تشغيلية وخدمية أساسية ذات مهارات منخفضة ومتوسطة، بمتوسط أجور يقل عن 4,000 ريال لغالبية هذه الفئة. وتؤكد بيانات تقرير «لمحة عن سوق العمل» الذي يصدره المرصد الوطني للعمل بشكل ربعي، أن المواطن أصبح اليوم هو العمود الفقري للوظائف القيادية والتقنية والمهنية المتقدّمة!
باختصار.. هذه الأرقام تبشّر بواقع إيجابي في سوق العمل، ونحن نمضي بخطى ثابتة نحو اقتصاد يعتمد على سواعد أبنائه!

This growth is accompanied by a decrease in the unemployment rate among Saudis, reaching about 7.2%, which is a result of improved market efficiency and the ongoing effort to bridge the gap between the outputs of the educational system and the actual needs of various business sectors!
The Saudi woman emerges as a key partner in this transformation, with her participation rate in the labor market rising to over 34%, surpassing the target set in Saudi Vision 2030.
