يشهد موسم عيد الأضحى 2026 منافسة قوية بين أربعة أفلام متنوعة، مع تصدر فيلمي (أسد) و(7DOGS) المشهد بفضل ضخامة الإنتاج وقوة النجوم، وسط توقعات بتحقيقهما إيرادات قياسية، بعد تأجيل بعض الأعمال إلى موسم الصيف.
وتضم قائمة أفلام الموسم كلاً من فيلم (أسد) بطولة محمد رمضان، وفيلم (7DOGS) الذي يجمع كريم عبدالعزيز وأحمد عز، إلى جانب فيلم «الكلام على إيه» لأحمد حاتم، وفيلم (إذما) بطولة أحمد داود، بينما خرجت بعض الأعمال من السباق بسبب شدة المنافسة.
وفي هذا السياق، وصف الناقد الفني محمد عبدالخالق الموسم بأنه من أقوى المواسم السينمائية خلال السنوات الأخيرة، مشيراً إلى أن المنافسة تختلف هذا العام بوجود عملين ضخمين جماهيرياً وإنتاجياً بدلاً من سيطرة فيلم واحد كما كان يحدث في السابق.
وأوضح عبر «عكاظ» أن الصراع الأبرز سيكون بين (أسد) و(7DOGS)، مؤكداً أن تفوق الأخير إنتاجياً لا يحسم النتيجة، مع توقع استمرار المنافسة طوال الموسم وتحقيق إيرادات قياسية.
كما أشار إلى أن فيلم (أسد) يقدم تجربة مختلفة لمحمد رمضان من خلال ظهور جديد بعيد عن نمطه المعتاد، بينما يعتمد (7DOGS) على توليفة جماهيرية قوية تجمع بين نجوم كبار وأسماء عالمية، ما يعزز من فرصه في المنافسة.
من جانبه، أشار الناقد الفني علي الكشوطي لـ «عكاظ» إلى أن التنوع هذا الموسم محدود نسبياً، إذ يقدم كل فيلم لوناً مختلفاً دون تداخل مباشر في نفس التصنيف، إلا أن المنافسة الأكبر تتركز بين (أسد) و(7DOGS)؛ بسبب ضخامة الإنتاج والدعاية الكبيرة المحيطة بهما.
في المقابل، أكدت الناقدة هبة محمد علي لـ «عكاظ» أن المنافسة الأقوى بين (أسد) و(7DOGS) ليس فقط بسبب ضخامة الإنتاج، ولكن باعتبارهما يمثلان مدرستين مختلفتين في صناعة الفيلم التجاري، لافتة أن قوة المنافسة تسببت في تأجيل عرض عدد من الأفلام إلى موسم الصيف. كما أوضح الناقد عماد يسري لـ«عكاظ» أن فيلم (7DOGS) مرشح بقوة لتحقيق إيرادات كبيرة بفضل إنتاجه الضخم وثنائية كريم عبدالعزيز وأحمد عز، إلى جانب استهدافه للجمهور العربي والعالمي، بينما يخوض محمد رمضان تجربة مختلفة في (أسد).
The Eid al-Adha season of 2026 witnesses strong competition among four diverse films, with the films (Lion) and (7DOGS) leading the scene thanks to their massive production and star power, amid expectations of achieving record revenues after some works were postponed to the summer season.
The list of films for the season includes (Lion) starring Mohamed Ramadan, and (7DOGS) featuring Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz, along with the film “What’s the Talk About” starring Ahmed Hatem, and the film (Ifma) starring Ahmed Dawood, while some works have dropped out of the race due to intense competition.
In this context, film critic Mohamed Abdel Khalek described the season as one of the strongest cinematic seasons in recent years, noting that the competition this year is different with the presence of two massive crowd-pleasers and productions instead of the dominance of a single film as has happened in the past.
He explained to “Okaz” that the most prominent rivalry will be between (Lion) and (7DOGS), emphasizing that the latter’s production superiority does not determine the outcome, with expectations of ongoing competition throughout the season and achieving record revenues.
He also pointed out that the film (Lion) offers a different experience for Mohamed Ramadan through a new appearance away from his usual style, while (7DOGS) relies on a strong crowd-pleasing mix of major stars and international names, which enhances its chances in the competition.
For his part, film critic Ali Al-Kashouti mentioned to “Okaz” that the diversity this season is relatively limited, as each film presents a different flavor without direct overlap in the same classification, yet the biggest competition is concentrated between (Lion) and (7DOGS) due to their massive production and extensive advertising surrounding them.
Conversely, critic Hiba Mohamed Ali confirmed to “Okaz” that the strongest competition between (Lion) and (7DOGS) is not only due to the massive production but also because they represent two different schools in commercial filmmaking, noting that the strength of the competition has led to the postponement of several films to the summer season. Critic Emad Yousry also explained to “Okaz” that the film (7DOGS) is strongly positioned to achieve significant revenues thanks to its massive production and the duo of Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz, in addition to targeting both Arab and international audiences, while Mohamed Ramadan is experiencing a different journey in (Lion).
