أعرب رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني الدكتور رشاد العليمي، اليوم (الجمعة)، عن شكره وإخوانه أعضاء مجلس القيادة والحكومة، لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، لتوجيهاتهما الكريمة بصرف الدفعة الثانية من الدعم المخصص للموازنة العامة للدولة، والتي أعلن عنها السفير محمد سعيد آل جابر بـ224 مليون ريال سعودي.
وقال العليمي: “نثمن عالياً المتابعة الحثيثة من جانب وزير الدفاع الأمير خالد بن سلمان، والجهود المخلصة لفريقه بما في ذلك البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، التي أثمرت عن استمرار هذا الدعم الحيوي، بما يعزز انتظام الوفاء بالتزامات الدولة، واستقرار العملة الوطنية، وتخفيف المعاناة” .
ويأتي دعم المملكة بمبلغ 224.6 مليون ريال سعودي لدعم الموازنة اليمنية وتغطية النفقات التشغيلية والرواتب استجابة للحاجات العاجلة للحكومة اليمنية، وحرصاً على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي والمعيشي للشعب اليمني الشقيق، حيث يسهم الدعم في تقليل عجز الموازنة، وانتظام التدفقات المالية الحكومية، وضمان صرف الرواتب بشكل منتظم، وإرساء مقومات الاستقرار الاقتصادي والمالي في اليمن.
ويسهم الدعم المقدم من المملكة في ضمان استمرار صرف الرواتب الحكومية وتحقيق الاستقرار المالي للمواطنين العاملين في القطاع العام، مما يخفف من حدة الفقر ويقلل التذبذب في الدخل الشهري، ويرفع مستوى المعيشة ويخلق بيئة اقتصادية أكثر اتزاناً.
The President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, expressed today (Friday) his gratitude, along with his fellow members of the Council and the government, to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, for their generous directives to disburse the second installment of support allocated for the state’s general budget, which was announced by Ambassador Mohammed Saeed Al-Jaber at 224 million Saudi Riyals.
Al-Alimi stated: “We highly appreciate the diligent follow-up from Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, and the sincere efforts of his team, including the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, which has resulted in the continuation of this vital support, enhancing the regular fulfillment of the state’s obligations, stabilizing the national currency, and alleviating suffering.”
The support from the Kingdom, amounting to 224.6 million Saudi Riyals, aims to support the Yemeni budget and cover operational expenses and salaries in response to the urgent needs of the Yemeni government, and to enhance the economic and living stability of the brotherly Yemeni people. This support contributes to reducing the budget deficit, ensuring regular government financial flows, guaranteeing the timely payment of salaries, and establishing the foundations for economic and financial stability in Yemen.
The support provided by the Kingdom helps ensure the continued payment of government salaries and achieve financial stability for citizens working in the public sector, thereby alleviating poverty, reducing fluctuations in monthly income, raising the standard of living, and creating a more balanced economic environment.
