في أروقة المحاكم، حيث تزن الكلمات بميزان الذهب وتُبنى المصائر على نصوص القانون، اعتاد المحامون أن يدخلوا حاملين ملفات موكليهم، باحثين عن ثغرة هنا أو دليل هناك. لكن في مدينة الناصرية، قلب محافظة ذي قار النابض، قرر أحد المحامين أن يختصر طريق العدالة الطويل، لا بالبحث في كتب القانون، بل بارتداء عباءة نفوذ وهمية، نسج خيوطها من أعلى هرم في السلطة القضائية العراقية.
لم يكن يعلم هذا المحامي أن المنصب الذي استعاره في غفلة من الزمن، سيكون القيد الذي يطوق معصميه، ويحوله من موقع «المدافع» في منصات القضاء، إلى «متهم» يقبع خلف قضبان الزنزانة.
صناعة الوهم.. كيف يشتري المرء هيبة مستشار؟
في مجتمع تحكمه العلاقات ويبحث فيه الجميع عن «مفتاح» لتسهيل المعاملات المعقدة، أدرك المتهم أن صفة «محامٍ» قد لا تكون كافية أحياناً لفتح الأبواب المغلقة بسرعة. من هنا، خطرت له الفكرة الأخطر: انتحال صفة مستشار رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى العراقي القاضي فائق زيدان.
بهذه الصفة الفخمة، تحول المحامي في أعين الكثيرين من مجرد رجل قانون عادي، إلى صاحب نفوذ يملك في جيبه مفاتيح القرار القضائي:
- سحر الاسم: مجرد النطق بمنصبه الوهمي (مستشار رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى)، في الأوساط الرسمية كفيل بإحداث حالة من الاستنفار وتسهيل الإجراءات.
- النفوذ غير المشروع: تشير التحقيقات الأولية إلى أن الهدف من هذه اللعبة الخطرة كان فرض سطوة وهمية، تمنحه مكاسب وامتيازات وتأثيراً لا يستحقه بقوة القانون.
كمين الناصرية.. عندما تسقط الأقنعة
لكن كذبة النفوذ، مهما طالت، تصطدم دائماً بيقظة الأجهزة الأمنية. في الناصرية، بدأت خيوط اللعبة تتكشف عندما تحرك «المستشار المزيف» بثقة مفرطة أثارت ريبة بعض المسؤولين والجهات الأمنية. عباراته المنمقة، وطلباته التي تتجاوز الأطر المعتادة، دفعت رجال الأمن إلى فتح «الملف الصامت».
أجريت اتصالات سريعة مع العاصمة بغداد، ليدوي الرد الصاعق: «لا يوجد مستشار بهذا الاسم».
وفي تلك اللحظة، صدرت الأوامر فوراً. فتحركت قوة أمنية خاصة في ذي قار، وطوقت مكان تواجد المحامي. وفي دقائق معدودة، تبددت هيبة «المستشار» الزائفة أمام حقيقة «الكلبشات» الحديدية التي لفت يديه، ليتم اقتياده إلى مركز احتجاز خاص وسط ذهول زملائه في المهنة.
تركت الحادثة صدمة عنيفة داخل الأوساط القانونية في العراق، فالمتهم ليس جاهلاً بالقانون، بل هو رجل يعرف تماماً عقوبة «انتحال الصفة» والتلاعب بالهويات السيادية للدولة، وهي الجرائم التي يتعامل معها القضاء العراقي بصرامة مطلقة لمنع تضليل العدالة أو الإساءة للمؤسسات الدستورية.
ويقبع المحامي الآن في زنزانته بانتظار استكمال التحقيقات الأصولية وإحالته إلى القضاء «القضاء ذاته الذي حاول استغلال اسمه». وبينما تبحث السلطات في «الصندوق الأسود» لتحركاته لمعرفة حجم المكاسب التي جناها أو الضحايا الذين سقطوا في فخه، تبقى هذه الواقعة درساً بليغاً في الشارع العراقي مفاده أن النفوذ المزيف قد يرفع صاحبه إلى السماء مؤقتاً، لكن سقطته تكون مدوية وتلقي به في قاع السجون.

This lawyer did not know that the position he borrowed in a moment of time would become the chain that encircled his wrists, transforming him from a “defender” in the platforms of justice to a “defendant” behind the bars of a cell.
The Craft of Illusion… How Does One Buy the Prestige of a Consultant?
In a society governed by relationships where everyone is looking for a “key” to facilitate complex transactions, the accused realized that the title of “lawyer” might not always be enough to quickly open closed doors. From here, the most dangerous idea struck him: impersonating the advisor to the President of the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faik Zidan.
With this grand title, the lawyer transformed in the eyes of many from just an ordinary man of law to a figure of influence who held the keys to judicial decisions in his pocket:
- The magic of the name: Just uttering his fictitious title (Advisor to the President of the Supreme Judicial Council) in official circles was enough to create a state of alertness and facilitate procedures.
- Illegitimate influence: Preliminary investigations indicate that the aim of this dangerous game was to impose a fictitious authority, granting him gains, privileges, and influence that he did not deserve by the force of law.
The Nasiriyah Trap… When Masks Fall
But the lie of influence, no matter how long it lasts, always collides with the vigilance of security agencies. In Nasiriyah, the threads of the game began to unravel when the “fake advisor” moved with excessive confidence, raising suspicion among some officials and security entities. His eloquent phrases and requests that exceeded the usual frameworks prompted security personnel to open the “silent file.”
Quick communications were made with the capital, Baghdad, and the shocking response echoed: “There is no advisor by that name.”
At that moment, orders were issued immediately. A special security force moved in Dhi Qar and surrounded the location of the lawyer. In just a few minutes, the false prestige of the “advisor” dissipated in front of the reality of the iron “handcuffs” that bound his hands, leading to his being taken to a special detention center amidst the astonishment of his colleagues in the profession.
The incident left a violent shock within the legal circles in Iraq, as the accused is not ignorant of the law; rather, he is a man who fully understands the penalty for “impersonation” and manipulating the sovereign identities of the state, crimes that the Iraqi judiciary deals with with absolute strictness to prevent misleading justice or harming constitutional institutions.
The lawyer now sits in his cell awaiting the completion of formal investigations and his referral to the judiciary “the very judiciary he attempted to exploit his name.” While the authorities search the “black box” of his movements to determine the extent of the gains he reaped or the victims who fell into his trap, this incident remains a profound lesson in the Iraqi street that illusory influence may temporarily elevate its possessor to the skies, but their fall is thunderous and casts them into the depths of prisons.
