اليمن يطالب منظمة التعاون الإسلامي بتصنيف الحوثي منظمة إرهابية – أخبار السعودية – ن والقلم

طالبت الحكومة اليمنية اليوم (السبت)، الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي باتخاذ موقف حازم تجاه مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية، وتصنيفها منظمة إرهابية، وتجفيف منابع تمويلها ووقف تدفق الأسلحة والخبرات العسكرية إليها، محذرة من أن استمرار الدعم الإيراني للمليشيا يطيل أمد الحرب ويحوّل الأراضي اليمنية إلى منصة لتهديد أمن المنطقة والملاحة الدولية.

وأكدت وزيرة شؤون الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين اليمنية في كلمة أمام الدورة الثانية والخمسين لمجلس وزراء خارجية الدول الأعضاء في منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، المنعقدة اليوم في العاصمة العراقية بغداد، على تحويل التضامن الإسلامي من شعارات إلى مواقف موحدة وخطوات عملية تحمي الدول الأعضاء وشعوبها من التهديدات المتصاعدة، موضحة أن استمرار مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية في تقويض مؤسسات الدولة وإطالة أمد الحرب، بدعم من النظام الإيراني، يستدعي موقفاً إسلامياً واضحاً يضع حداً للتدخلات التي تغذي الصراع وتزعزع استقرار المنطقة.

وأشارت إلى أن استهداف المليشيا المقر الرئاسي والحكومي في قصر معاشيق بالعاصمة المؤقتة عدن بالصواريخ الباليستية، إلى جانب الحصار المفروض على تعز ومأرب، يكشف خطورة استمرار الانقلاب المسلح، مؤكدة أن الدولة تضطلع بمسؤولياتها الدستورية عبر عملية «فجر اليمن»، التي أعلنها رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي الدكتور رشاد العليمي، بهدف استعادة مؤسسات الدولة وبسط سلطتها على كامل التراب الوطني.

وشددت وزيرة الخارجية على أن الحكومة اليمنية، التي تمسكت بخيار السلام طوال اثني عشر عاماً، لن تقبل استخدامه غطاءً لشرعنة الانقلاب أو استمرار السلاح خارج إطار الدولة، مؤكدة أن السلام العادل والمستدام يبدأ باحترام سيادة اليمن ووحدته وسلامة أراضيه، واستعادة مؤسساته، والالتزام بمرجعيات الحل السياسي الشامل، وفي مقدمتها قرار مجلس الأمن 2216.

وحمّلت الزوبة الدعم العسكري والتقني الإيراني مسؤولية الإسهام في إطالة أمد الحرب، وتحويل اليمن إلى منصة تهدد أمن دول الجوار وممرات التجارة الدولية، معتبرة أن هذه التدخلات تتعارض مع مبادئ حسن الجوار واحترام سيادة الدول الأعضاء المنصوص عليها في ميثاق منظمة التعاون الإسلامي.

وقالت الوزيرة: «لا يستقيم أن يعرض الوساطة من يسلح أحد أطراف النزاع ويمده بأدوات القتل والتدمير، ثم يصور ما يجري في اليمن نزاعاً بين بلدين، وهو في حقيقته انقلاب مليشيا مسلحة على دولة عضو في هذه المنظمة».

وأضافت أن إيران سلحت مليشيا الحوثي ودربتها ورعتها، بينما امتد تهديدها إلى دول الجوار وممرات التجارة الدولية، مشيرة إلى أن التناقض بين الخطاب السياسي الإيراني وممارسات طهران يستدعي كشف حقيقة الحرب ورفض محاولات إضفاء شرعية على الانقلاب.

وفي موقف حازم إزاء الاعتداءات على المملكة العربية السعودية، أدانت الزوبة بأشد العبارات الهجمات الحوثية التي تستهدف المدن والمطارات والمنشآت المدنية، ومحاولات استهداف مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، مؤكدة أن هذه الاعتداءات مرفوضة ولا يمكن تبريرها بأي ذريعة سياسية أو عسكرية، وأن حماية الحرمين الشريفين مسؤولية إسلامية مشتركة.

كما شددت على أن تأمين الملاحة الدولية في البحر الأحمر وباب المندب وخليج عدن يتطلب تمكين مؤسسات الدولة اليمنية، وفي مقدمتها خفر السواحل، من بسط سيادتها، محذرة من مخاطر التعاون العابر للحدود بين المليشيا والجماعات الإرهابية وشبكات التهريب.

وفي الشأن الفلسطيني، جددت وزيرة الخارجية موقف الجمهورية اليمنية الداعم للشعب الفلسطيني ونضاله لإنهاء الاحتلال وإقامة دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشريف، منتقدة استغلال مليشيا الحوثي الشعارات الفلسطينية للتغطية على ممارساتها وجرائمها بحق اليمنيين، وعلى اعتداءاتها التي تستهدف أمن المملكة العربية السعودية والحرمين الشريفين.

وأكدت الزوبة أن موقف اليمن من القضية الفلسطينية، قيادةً وحكومةً وشعباً، راسخ ولا يمكن لمليشيا الحوثي احتكاره أو توظيفه لخدمة أجنداتها، بعدما أمعنت في قتل اليمنيين وتشريدهم وتقويض مؤسسات دولتهم.

The Yemeni government today (Saturday) called on the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to take a firm stance against the terrorist Houthi militia, classify it as a terrorist organization, dry up its funding sources, and stop the flow of weapons and military expertise to it, warning that the continued Iranian support for the militia prolongs the war and turns Yemeni territory into a platform for threatening the security of the region and international navigation.

The Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates emphasized in a speech before the 52nd session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, held today in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, the need to transform Islamic solidarity from slogans into unified positions and practical steps that protect member states and their peoples from escalating threats. She explained that the continued actions of the terrorist Houthi militia in undermining state institutions and prolonging the war, with support from the Iranian regime, necessitates a clear Islamic stance that puts an end to the interventions that fuel the conflict and destabilize the region.

She pointed out that the militia’s targeting of the presidential and governmental headquarters in the Maasheeq Palace in the temporary capital Aden with ballistic missiles, along with the siege imposed on Taiz and Marib, reveals the danger of the ongoing armed coup. She affirmed that the state is fulfilling its constitutional responsibilities through the “Fajr Yemen” operation, announced by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, aimed at restoring state institutions and asserting its authority over the entire national territory.

The Foreign Minister stressed that the Yemeni government, which has adhered to the option of peace for twelve years, will not accept its use as a cover to legitimize the coup or the continuation of arms outside the framework of the state, affirming that just and sustainable peace begins with respecting Yemen’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity, restoring its institutions, and adhering to the references of the comprehensive political solution, foremost among them Security Council Resolution 2216.

She held Iranian military and technical support responsible for contributing to the prolongation of the war and turning Yemen into a platform that threatens the security of neighboring countries and international trade routes, considering that these interventions contradict the principles of good neighborliness and respect for the sovereignty of member states as stipulated in the Charter of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

The minister said: “It is inconsistent to offer mediation from those who arm one of the parties to the conflict and provide it with tools of killing and destruction, and then portray what is happening in Yemen as a conflict between two countries, when in reality it is an armed militia coup against a member state of this organization.”

She added that Iran has armed, trained, and supported the Houthi militia, while its threat has extended to neighboring countries and international trade routes, noting that the contradiction between Iranian political rhetoric and Tehran’s practices necessitates revealing the truth about the war and rejecting attempts to legitimize the coup.

In a firm stance regarding the attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, she condemned in the strongest terms the Houthi attacks targeting cities, airports, and civilian facilities, as well as attempts to target Mecca and Medina, affirming that these attacks are unacceptable and cannot be justified by any political or military pretext, and that protecting the Two Holy Mosques is a shared Islamic responsibility.

She also emphasized that securing international navigation in the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, and the Gulf of Aden requires empowering Yemeni state institutions, foremost among them the coast guard, to assert their sovereignty, warning of the dangers of cross-border cooperation between the militia, terrorist groups, and smuggling networks.

Regarding the Palestinian issue, the Foreign Minister renewed the Republic of Yemen’s position supporting the Palestinian people and their struggle to end the occupation and establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, criticizing the Houthi militia’s exploitation of Palestinian slogans to cover up its practices and crimes against Yemenis, and its attacks targeting the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Two Holy Mosques.

She affirmed that Yemen’s position on the Palestinian cause, as a leadership, government, and people, is steadfast and cannot be monopolized or exploited by the Houthi militia to serve its agendas, after it has persisted in killing Yemenis, displacing them, and undermining their state institutions.
