انطلقت، أمس (الأحد)، الاختبارات التحريرية لنهاية الفصل الدراسي الثاني في مدارس التعليم العام للبنين والبنات في مناطق ومحافظات السعودية، وحددت لائحة تقويم الطالب 3 شروط رئيسية تجعل الطالب ناجحاً، وينتقل للصف التعليمي الذي يليه في العام الدراسي الجديد، هي: الحصول على درجة النهاية الصغرى 50%، الحصول على النسبة الشرطية 20 درجة من درجة الاختبار التحريري «نهاية العام الدراسي» في المواد التي تقوم بها تقويماً ختامياً، أداء الاختبار نهاية كل فترة دراسة.
وأوضحت، أن الطالب يعد مكملاً في الدور الأول ويحق له دخول الدور الثائي أو بديلة إذا لم يحقق شروط النجاح في مادة أو أكثر، ويعد الدور الثاني الفرصة الأخيرة لنجاحه في العام الدراسي. مشيرة إلى أنه يجرى اختبار الدور الثاني للطالب المكمل أو المتغيب دون عذر عن اختبار نهاية الفترة الدراسية من 60 درجة للفترة الدراسية، التي أكمل فيها، تمثّل مجموع الدرجة المخصصة للاختبارات القصيرة واختبار نهاية الفصل محتفظاً بـ 40 درجة المخصصة لبقية أدوات التقويم، على أن يجرى اختبار الدور الثاني للطالب المغيب بعذر عن اختبار نهاية الفترة الدراسية من 40 درجة للفترة الدراسية التي أكمل فيها محتفظاً درجة أعمال الفترة 60 درجة.
وفي ما يتعلق بالمواد الدراسية (ذات الجانبين)، التي تشتمل على تطبيقات عملية أو شفية يكون تقويم الطالب فيها مستمراً وبشكل دوري خلال الفترة الدراسية، إذ يرصد للطالب نهاية الفترة الدراسية مجموع ما تحصل عليه، عند إكماله في المادة يختبر في الدور الثاني في التطبيقات العملية أو الشفهية والاختبار التحريري وبنفس الدرجة المخصصة لكل أداة تقويم.
هاتف للدعم النفسي للطلاب والآباء
خصص عدد من إدارات التعليم هاتفاً إرشادياً لتقديم الاستشارات النفسية والاجتماعية والتربوية للطلاب والطالبات خلال فترة الاختبارات، وتتلقي استفسارات وتساؤلات الطلاب وأولياء أمورهم وتهيئة الأجواء التعليمية الملائمة لهم أثناء فترة الاختبارات.
وأكدت وزارة التعليم على المدارس، ضرورة تسخير جميع الإمكانات؛ لضمان أداء الطلاب اختباراتهم بكل يسر، وتوفير بيئة خالية من القلق والتوتر مع التعامل الفوري مع أي حالات طارئة قد تعيق سير الاختبارات، وحث الطلاب والطالبات على الجد والاجتهاد والمثابرة، واستثمار أوقاتهم في المذاكرة والمراجعة، والحرص على التفوّق، وتحقيق أعلى النتائج في ظل ما تم توفيره لهم من إمكانات لتسهيل أداء اختباراتهم.
Yesterday (Sunday), the written exams for the end of the second semester began in public schools for boys and girls in various regions and governorates of Saudi Arabia. The student evaluation regulations set three main conditions that make a student successful and allow them to advance to the next educational grade in the new academic year: achieving a minimum passing grade of 50%, obtaining a conditional score of 20 points from the written exam “end of the academic year” in subjects that have a final assessment, and taking the exam at the end of each study period.
It was clarified that a student is considered incomplete in the first round and is entitled to take the second round or an alternative if they do not meet the success criteria in one or more subjects. Regarding the academic subjects (with practical or oral components), the evaluation of the student in these subjects is continuous and periodic throughout the study period. At the end of the study period, the total score achieved by the student is recorded, and when they complete the subject, they will be tested in the second round on practical or oral applications and the written exam, with the same score allocated for each assessment tool.
A phone line for psychological support for students and parents
Several education administrations have designated a guidance phone line to provide psychological, social, and educational consultations for students during the exam period, receiving inquiries and questions from students and their guardians and preparing a suitable educational atmosphere for them during the exams.
The Ministry of Education emphasized to schools the necessity of utilizing all available resources to ensure that students can take their exams with ease, providing an environment free from anxiety and stress, and addressing any emergency situations that may hinder the exam process promptly. Students are encouraged to work hard, persevere, and invest their time in studying and reviewing, while striving for excellence and achieving the highest results in light of the resources provided to facilitate their exam performance.
