أنهت محكمة مصرية الجدل المثار حول أزمة الفنانة المصرية بدرية طلبة، بعدما أصدرت حكمًا ببراءتها من الاتهامات التي نسبت إليها، والتي شملت إهانة الشعب المصري وإساءة استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وجاء قرار بعد فحص الدعوى المقدمة من محامي الفنانة، والتي تضمنت اتهامات بتوجيه عبارات مسيئة خلال بث مباشر عبر منصة تيك توك، وهو ما اعتبره البعض تجاوزًا في حق المواطنين.
مقطع مجتزأ يشعل الجدل
وتبين في التحقيقات أن المقطع المتداول الذي أثار الأزمة لم يكن كاملًا، بل جرى تداوله بشكل مجتزأ، ما أدى إلى تفسيره بصورة مختلفة عن مضمونه الأصلي، وهو ما أسهم في تصاعد الجدل عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

ومن جانبها، علقت بدرية طلبة على حكم براءتها في منشور عبر «فيسبوك»، وقالت: «أخيرًا ظهر الحق، الحمد لله، وشكرًا لقضاء بلدي العادل ولكل من وقف بجانبي ودعمني.. نسمع مبروك بقى»، معبرة عن سعادتها بانتهاء الأزمة وصدور القرار لصالحها.
تحرك قانوني سريع
وكانت الواقعة قد دفعت الجهات القانونية للتحرك، إلى جانب فتح نقابة المهن التمثيلية تحقيقًا عاجلًا للوقوف على ملابساتها، قبل أن يحسم الأمر قضائيًا ببراءة الفنانة من كافة التهم المنسوبة إليها.
An Egyptian court has ended the controversy surrounding the crisis of Egyptian artist Badriya Talab, after issuing a ruling acquitting her of the accusations against her, which included insulting the Egyptian people and misusing social media.
The decision came after examining the lawsuit filed by the artist’s lawyer, which included accusations of making offensive remarks during a live broadcast on TikTok, something that some considered an overstep against citizens.
A Edited Clip Ignites Controversy
Investigations revealed that the circulated clip that sparked the crisis was not complete, but rather circulated in an edited form, leading to its interpretation being different from its original content, which contributed to the escalation of the controversy on social media.

For her part, Badriya Talab commented on her acquittal in a post on Facebook, saying: “Finally, the truth has emerged, thank God, and thanks to the fair judiciary of my country and to everyone who stood by me and supported me.. We can now hear congratulations,” expressing her happiness at the resolution of the crisis and the ruling in her favor.
Rapid Legal Action
The incident had prompted legal authorities to take action, alongside the Actors’ Syndicate opening an urgent investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding it, before the matter was judicially resolved with the artist being acquitted of all charges against her.
