رفع فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بمنطقة الرياض جاهزيته التشغيلية والرقابية استعداداً لموسم عيد الأضحى المبارك لعام 1447هـ، عبر خطة ميدانية وتنظيمية متكاملة تهدف إلى تعزيز كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة في أسواق النفع العام والمسالخ، ورفع مستوى الجاهزية لخدمة المواطنين والمقيمين بمدينة الرياض ومحافظات المنطقة.
وأوضح الفرع أن الخطة شملت تجهيز وتشغيل 37 سوقاً للمواشي ونقاط البيع، من بينها 4 مواقع مؤقتة داخل مدينة الرياض، إلى جانب تشغيل 60 مسلخاً ثابتاً و4 مسالخ متنقلة، مع دعم المواقع التشغيلية بالكوادر البيطرية والفنية والفرق الرقابية، وتهيئة البنية التشغيلية بما يضمن انسيابية الحركة واستيعاب الأعداد المتزايدة خلال الموسم.
وأشار إلى أن التقديرات التشغيلية تتوقع تجاوز عدد الأضاحي خلال الموسم 120 ألف أضحية في منطقة الرياض، ما يستدعي رفع وتيرة الجهود الميدانية وتعزيز التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة؛ لضمان تقديم خدمات وفق أعلى المعايير الصحية والتنظيمية.
وأكد الفرع أن خطته ترتكز على تكثيف الجولات الرقابية الميدانية على مدار الساعة عبر فرق متخصصة، بهدف رصد المخالفات، والتأكد من سلامة الأضاحي، ومنع الذبح العشوائي خارج المسالخ النظامية، إلى جانب متابعة التزام المنشآت بالاشتراطات الصحية والتنظيمية.
كما تتضمن الخطة تعزيز أعمال الفحص البيطري قبل الذبح وبعده داخل المسالخ، للتأكد من سلامة اللحوم وخلوها من الأمراض، والتعامل الفوري مع الحالات غير المطابقة وفق الأنظمة والتعليمات المعتمدة؛ حفاظاً على صحة المستهلك.
وفي جانب الأسواق، يواصل الفرع تنظيم عمليات البيع والتداول في أسواق المواشي، والتأكد من تطبيق اشتراطات الرفق بالحيوان، إضافة إلى متابعة جودة المنتجات الزراعية بأسواق الخضار والفواكه، ومنع دخول المنتجات مجهولة المصدر، والتحقق من البطاقات التعريفية، وتنفيذ برامج لسحب عينات عشوائية لفحص متبقيات المبيدات.
كما تشمل الاستعدادات رفع جاهزية غرف العمليات والبلاغات، وتعزيز التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية لتنظيم الحشود وتسهيل الحركة المرورية ورفع معايير السلامة بالمواقع التشغيلية، إلى جانب مواصلة الحملات التوعوية والإرشادية للمستفيدين، وحث المجتمع على الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات عبر القنوات الرسمية.
وأكد الفرع أن هذه الجهود تأتي امتداداً لحرص الوزارة على تقديم خدمات متكاملة وآمنة خلال موسم عيد الأضحى، بما يعزز جودة الحياة ويرفع مستوى السلامة الغذائية ويحسن تجربة المستفيدين في منطقة الرياض.
The branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in the Riyadh region has raised its operational and regulatory readiness in preparation for the Eid al-Adha season for the year 1447 AH, through a comprehensive field and organizational plan aimed at enhancing the efficiency of services provided in public benefit markets and slaughterhouses, and increasing the level of readiness to serve citizens and residents in the city of Riyadh and the provinces of the region.
The branch clarified that the plan includes the preparation and operation of 37 livestock markets and sales points, including 4 temporary sites within the city of Riyadh, in addition to operating 60 fixed slaughterhouses and 4 mobile slaughterhouses, with support for operational sites by veterinary and technical staff and regulatory teams, and preparing the operational infrastructure to ensure smooth movement and accommodate the increasing numbers during the season.
It was noted that operational estimates expect the number of sacrifices during the season to exceed 120,000 in the Riyadh region, which necessitates increasing the pace of field efforts and enhancing coordination with relevant government entities to ensure the provision of services according to the highest health and organizational standards.
The branch confirmed that its plan focuses on intensifying field regulatory tours around the clock through specialized teams, aiming to monitor violations, ensure the safety of sacrifices, and prevent random slaughtering outside the official slaughterhouses, in addition to monitoring the compliance of establishments with health and organizational requirements.
The plan also includes enhancing veterinary inspection operations before and after slaughtering inside slaughterhouses, to ensure the safety of meat and its free from diseases, and to immediately address non-compliant cases according to the approved regulations and instructions, to preserve consumer health.
Regarding the markets, the branch continues to organize sales and trading operations in livestock markets, ensuring the application of animal welfare requirements, in addition to monitoring the quality of agricultural products in fruit and vegetable markets, preventing the entry of products of unknown origin, verifying identification tags, and implementing programs to randomly sample for pesticide residue testing.
The preparations also include raising the readiness of operation and reporting rooms, enhancing coordination with government entities to organize crowds and facilitate traffic movement, and raising safety standards at operational sites, in addition to continuing awareness and guidance campaigns for beneficiaries, and urging the community to report any violations through official channels.
The branch confirmed that these efforts come as an extension of the ministry’s commitment to providing comprehensive and safe services during the Eid al-Adha season, which enhances the quality of life, raises food safety standards, and improves the experience of beneficiaries in the Riyadh region.
