نقل موقع «أكسيوس» عن مصادر مطلعة، اليوم (الجمعة)، أن واشنطن وطهران تتفاوضان على خطة لإنهاء الحرب تشمل تخلي إيران عن مخزونها من اليورانيوم المخصب.
وأفاد الموقع بأن الخطة تشمل احتمال الإفراج عن نحو 20 مليار دولار من أموال إيران المجمدة مقابل تخليها عما لديها من يورانيوم مخصب.
وبحسب المصادر، فإن إيران تريد أكثر من 20 مليار دولار وتريد الانخراط في النظام المالي العالمي ولا تريد التخلي بشكل كاف عن برنامجها النووي أو دعمها لحركات مثل حماس.
ووفقاً لما نقله الموقع عن المصادر، فإنه من المتوقع أن تُعقد المحادثات الأمريكية الإيرانية في إسلام آباد يوم الأحد على الأرجح. وأوضح الموقع أن جهود الوساطة بين واشنطن وطهران تقودها باكستان بدعم غير مباشر من مصر وتركيا.
وكشف «أكسيوس» عن مقترح قيد البحث ينص على نقل جزء من اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب من إيران إلى دولة ثالثة. وأضاف أنه يجري بحث مقترح ينص على تخفيف نسبة التخصيب لجزء آخر من مخزون إيران من اليورانيوم تحت رقابة دولية.
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، أعلن أن إيران لن تحصل على أموال في إطار أي اتفاق بشأن برنامجها النووي. وكتب على منصة «تروث سوشيال»: «ستحصل الولايات المتحدة على كل الغبار النووي الذي تسببت به قاذفاتنا العظيمة من طراز بي-2. لن تتغير ملكية الأموال بأي طريقة أو شكل». ولفت إلى أن مفاوضين أمريكيين وإيرانيين قد يجتمعون نهاية الأسبوع لعقد جولة ثانية من المحادثات، يرجح أن تستضيفها إسلام آباد. وأكد ترمب أن إيران وبمساعدة الولايات المتحدة، «أزالت أو تقوم بإزالة جميع الألغام البحرية في مضيق هرمز».
وبحسب المصادر، شهدت المحادثات تقدماً خلال الأيام الماضية رغم استمرار فجوات كبيرة، فيما يرجح أن يسهم الاتفاق، إذا تم، في إنهاء الحرب، مع احتمال إثارة اعتراضات داخل إيران.
وتركز المفاوضات على مصير مخزون إيران من اليورانيوم المخصب، الذي يقدر بنحو 2000 كيلوغرام، بينها حوالى 450 كيلوغراماً مخصبة بنسبة 60%، إضافة إلى حجم الأصول التي قد يتم الإفراج عنها وآلية استخدامها.
