دحض الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب «الشروط التي سرّبتها إيران إلى وسائل الإعلام بشأن» الصفقة الجديدة«، واصفاً إياها بـ»الكاذبة«. وأكد أن لا علاقة لها إطلاقاً بما تم الاتفاق عليه كتابياً».
وقال ترمب في منشور على منصة «تروث سوشيال»، اليوم (الجمعة): إن «ما ذكرته طهران، بما في ذلك بيانها الضعيف بشأن التوصل إلى اتفاق، لا يمت للحقيقة بصلة»، معتبراً أنهم «أشخاص غير مشرّفين في التعامل». وأضاف: «لا يوجد معهم شيء اسمه التفاوض بحسن نية».
وأكد ترمب بأن هجوم الطائرات المسيّرة الذي تم صده بالكامل الليلة الماضية ضد سفن هندية كانت تغادر مضيق هرمز، غير مقبول إطلاقاً. وشدد على ضرورة أن «يرتّبوا أمورهم، وبسرعة».
من جانبه، أعلن مسؤول أمريكي لـقناة «فوكس نيوز»، أن إيران وافقت في «الصفقة الجديدة» على عدم تمويل أي جماعات إرهابية، وتنفيذ التزاماتها أولاً للإفراج عن الأموال المجمدة، مؤكداً أن المضي في تنفيذ الاتفاق سيكون قائماً على تنفيذ طهران التزاماتها.
وأكد المسؤول في البيت الأبيض،، اليوم (الجمعة)، أنه سيتم تفكيك البرنامج النووي الإيراني، وتدمير المواد النووية وإزالتها.
في غضون ذلك، نفى مصدر إيراني تقارير بشأن إمكانية إبرام اتفاق نهائي بين واشنطن وطهران الأحد القادم في جنيف، مؤكداً أن طهران «لم تحسم قرارها بعد».
واعتبر المصدر في تصريحات لوكالة «فارس»، اليوم (الجمعة)، أن التصريحات المنسوبة للرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب وبعض وسائل الإعلام الأجنبية بشأن حسم الاتفاق وتوقيعه «لا أساس لها من الصحة».
وأضاف أن مسار المراجعة واتخاذ القرار داخل إيران «لم يحسم بعد»، مؤكدا أن موعد الأحد ومكان التوقيع في جنيف غير صحيحين.
ونقل موقع «نور نيوز» الإيراني عن مصدر مطلع قوله: إن طهران لم تضع اللمسات النهائية على مذكرة التفاهم مع أمريكا، وتنفي توقيعها في جنيف الأحد.
وكانت وكالة الأنباء الإيرانية الرسمية «إرنا»، زعمت في وقت سابق بأن مذكرة التفاهم مع الولايات المتحدة «لا تلزم طهران بأي شيء يتعلق بنقل إدارة مضيق هرمز».
وأضافت الوكالة أنه «سيتم حل مسألة الإدارة المستقبلية لمضيق هرمز كشأن إقليمي من خلال الحوار واتخاذ القرار المشترك بين طهران وسلطنة عُمان».
ولفتت الوكالة إلى أنه «لم يتم التوصل إلى أي اتفاق بشأن الملف النووي في مذكرة التفاهم الحالية»، لافتة إلى أن «المحادثات النووية ستجرى في غضون 60 يوماً من توقيع الاتفاق».
ورحبت وزارة الخارجية الباكستانية، بـ«التقدم المحرز» بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران في المفاوضات. وقالت الوزارة إن وزير الخارجية الباكستاني إسحاق دار، بحث آخر التطورات بين واشنطن وطهران خلال اتصال هاتفي مع مسؤولة السياسة الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي كايا كالاس. وأضافت في بيان: «رحب الجانبان بالتقدم الذي تحقق عبر الانخراط الدبلوماسي المستمر، وأعربا عن أملهما في أن تقود هذه الجهود قريباً، إلى تفاهم مستدام وحل سلمي».
U.S. President Donald Trump dismissed the “terms leaked by Iran to the media regarding” the “new deal,” calling them “false.” He emphasized that they have nothing to do with what was agreed upon in writing.
Trump stated in a post on the “Truth Social” platform today (Friday) that “what Tehran mentioned, including its weak statement about reaching an agreement, has no connection to the truth,” considering them “dishonorable people in dealings.” He added: “There is nothing with them called good faith negotiation.”
Trump confirmed that the drone attack that was completely repelled last night against Indian ships leaving the Strait of Hormuz is completely unacceptable. He stressed the need for them to “get their affairs in order, and quickly.”
For his part, a U.S. official announced to “Fox News” that Iran agreed in the “new deal” not to fund any terrorist groups and to fulfill its commitments first to release the frozen funds, confirming that moving forward with the implementation of the agreement will depend on Tehran fulfilling its commitments.
The White House official confirmed today (Friday) that the Iranian nuclear program will be dismantled, and nuclear materials will be destroyed and removed.
Meanwhile, an Iranian source denied reports about the possibility of a final agreement between Washington and Tehran next Sunday in Geneva, confirming that Tehran “has not made its decision yet.”
The source stated in remarks to the “Fars” news agency today (Friday) that the statements attributed to U.S. President Donald Trump and some foreign media regarding the finalization and signing of the agreement “are baseless.”
He added that the review and decision-making process within Iran “has not been finalized yet,” emphasizing that the date of Sunday and the location of the signing in Geneva are incorrect.
The Iranian website “Noor News” quoted an informed source as saying that Tehran has not finalized the memorandum of understanding with the U.S. and denies signing it in Geneva on Sunday.
Earlier, the Iranian official news agency “IRNA” claimed that the memorandum of understanding with the United States “does not bind Tehran to anything related to the management of the Strait of Hormuz.”
The agency added that “the issue of the future management of the Strait of Hormuz will be resolved as a regional matter through dialogue and joint decision-making between Tehran and Oman.”
The agency pointed out that “no agreement has been reached regarding the nuclear file in the current memorandum of understanding,” noting that “nuclear talks will take place within 60 days of signing the agreement.”
The Pakistani Foreign Ministry welcomed the “progress made” between the United States and Iran in the negotiations. The ministry stated that Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar discussed the latest developments between Washington and Tehran during a phone call with the EU’s foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell. It added in a statement: “Both sides welcomed the progress achieved through ongoing diplomatic engagement and expressed hope that these efforts will soon lead to a sustainable understanding and peaceful resolution.”
