كرّمت جائزة غازي القصيبي الفائزين في دورتها الثالثة، خلال حفل أُقيم اليوم في جامعة اليمامة بالرياض، بحضور عدد من المسؤولين والأكاديميين والمثقفين والمهتمين بالشأن الثقافي والتنموي والتطوعي.
وشهد الحفل تكريم ثلاث مبادرات وجهات متميزة في فروع الأدب، والتنمية والإدارة، والعمل التطوعي، بإجمالي جوائز مالية بلغت 300 ألف ريال، تقديراً لإسهاماتها النوعية وأثرها الإيجابي في المجتمع.
وفازت منصة «أدب» الرقمية، التابعة لمؤسسة أدب، بجائزة فرع الأدب؛ نظير إسهاماتها في إثراء المحتوى الأدبي الإبداعي وتعزيز حضوره في البيئة الرقمية.
وفي فرع التنمية والإدارة، نالت شركة «فلك للأعمال والاستثمار» الجائزة؛ تقديراً لدورها في دعم منظومة ريادة الأعمال وتمكين المشاريع الناشئة، والإسهام في تعزيز استدامتها ونموها.
كما حصدت مبادرة «عون»، التي أطلقها البنك العربي الوطني، جائزة فرع العمل التطوعي؛ تثميناً لجهودها في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتقديم الدعم الميداني للحجاج والمعتمرين، بما يسهم في تيسير أدائهم للمناسك.
وأكد رئيس الهيئة الإشرافية لكرسي غازي القصيبي، الدكتور عبدالواحد الحميد، في كلمة بهذه المناسبة، أن الجائزة تمثل مشروعاً وطنياً يحتفي بالمنجزات المؤثرة ويعزز قيم المبادرة والابتكار، مشيراً إلى أن استمرارها يعكس نجاحها في استقطاب التجارب الرائدة وتسليط الضوء على النماذج الملهمة التي تسهم في دعم مسيرة التنمية الوطنية.
بدوره، أوضح الأمين العام للجائزة الدكتور عمر بن عبدالعزيز السيف، أن الدورة الثالثة شهدت تنافساً نوعياً بين المشاركات، وعكست امتداد الأثر الفكري والإداري والثقافي الذي تركه الراحل غازي القصيبي، مبيناً أن لجان التحكيم عملت وفق معايير الحوكمة والشفافية، وأن الجهات الفائزة قدمت مبادرات ذات أثر مستدام وإضافة نوعية للمجتمع، بما يواكب مستهدفات التنمية الوطنية.
يُذكر أن جائزة غازي القصيبي تُعنى بتكريم المبادرات والمؤسسات ذات الأثر الإيجابي في مجالات الأدب والتنمية والإدارة والعمل التطوعي، بما يسهم في ترسيخ ثقافة التميز والإبداع والمسؤولية المجتمعية.
The Ghazi Al-Qusaibi Award honored the winners of its third edition during a ceremony held today at Al-Yamamah University in Riyadh, attended by a number of officials, academics, intellectuals, and those interested in cultural, developmental, and voluntary affairs.
The ceremony witnessed the honoring of three distinguished initiatives and entities in the fields of literature, development and management, and volunteer work, with a total prize money of 300,000 riyals, in recognition of their qualitative contributions and positive impact on society.
The digital platform “Adab,” affiliated with the Adab Foundation, won the literature branch award for its contributions to enriching creative literary content and enhancing its presence in the digital environment.
In the development and management branch, “Falak for Business and Investment” received the award in recognition of its role in supporting the entrepreneurship ecosystem and empowering emerging projects, contributing to enhancing their sustainability and growth.
The “Awn” initiative, launched by the National Arab Bank, also won the volunteer work branch award, in appreciation of its efforts in serving the guests of الرحمن and providing field support to pilgrims and Umrah performers, facilitating their performance of the rituals.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Authority for the Ghazi Al-Qusaibi Chair, Dr. Abdulwahid Al-Humaid, affirmed in a speech on this occasion that the award represents a national project that celebrates impactful achievements and enhances the values of initiative and innovation, noting that its continuity reflects its success in attracting pioneering experiences and highlighting inspiring models that contribute to supporting the national development journey.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the award, Dr. Omar bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif, explained that the third edition witnessed qualitative competition among the submissions, reflecting the intellectual, administrative, and cultural impact left by the late Ghazi Al-Qusaibi, indicating that the judging committees worked according to governance and transparency standards, and that the winning entities presented initiatives with sustainable impact and qualitative additions to society, aligning with national development targets.
It is worth noting that the Ghazi Al-Qusaibi Award is concerned with honoring initiatives and institutions that have a positive impact in the fields of literature, development, management, and volunteer work, contributing to establishing a culture of excellence, creativity, and social responsibility.
