حين تغيب الرؤية عن الأعين، تبقى دلائل العناية أعمق أثراً من أن تُرى. بهذه الكلمات عبّر عدد من المكفوفين المستفيدين من مبادرة «طريق مكة» في مطار الرباط – سلا الدولي بالمملكة المغربية عن مشاعرهم، وما لمسوه من خدمات تنظيمية وإنسانية متكاملة رافقتهم منذ لحظة وصولهم إلى الصالة المخصصة للمبادرة؛ استعداداً لمغادرتهم إلى مكة المكرمة لأداء مناسك الحج بكل يُسر وطمأنينة.
وأعرب الحجاج عن بالغ شكرهم وامتنانهم لقيادة المملكة العربية السعودية على ما يحظون به من اهتمام ورعاية، مثمّنين حفاوة الاستقبال وسهولة الإجراءات والتنظيم الدقيق الذي رافق رحلتهم منذ دخولهم صالة المبادرة في المطار.
وأكدوا أن ما وجدوه من ترحيب وتعامل إنساني من فرق العمل السعودية أسهم في تيسير رحلتهم ومنحهم شعوراً بالراحة والاهتمام، مشيدين بالخدمات النوعية التي تقدمها مبادرة «طريق مكة» للحجاج، خصوصاً ذوي الإعاقة البصرية.
When vision fades from the eyes, the signs of care remain deeper in impact than can be seen. With these words, a number of visually impaired beneficiaries of the “Makkah Route” initiative at Rabat-Salé International Airport in the Kingdom of Morocco expressed their feelings and what they experienced from comprehensive organizational and humanitarian services that accompanied them from the moment they arrived at the designated lounge for the initiative; preparing for their departure to Makkah to perform the Hajj rituals with ease and reassurance.
The pilgrims expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the attention and care they receive, valuing the warm welcome, the ease of procedures, and the precise organization that accompanied their journey from the moment they entered the initiative lounge at the airport.
They confirmed that the warm welcome and humane treatment from the Saudi working teams contributed to facilitating their journey and gave them a sense of comfort and care, praising the quality services provided by the “Makkah Route” initiative for pilgrims, especially those with visual impairments.
