أشاد حجاج بيت الله الحرام القادمون من اليمن بمستوى التنظيم الفائق والخدمات المتطورة التي سخرتها المملكة العربية السعودية خلال موسم حج هذا العام، مؤكدين أن التسهيلات الاستثنائية والرعاية المتكاملة التي حظوا بها منذ اللحظات الأولى لوصولهم تجسد حجم الاهتمام البالغ الذي توليه القيادة الرشيدة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتيسير مناسكهم بأمن وطمأنينة.
جاهزية قصوى وانسيابية ميدانية
وأوضح عدد من الحجاج اليمنيين في حديثهم أن الجهات المختصة في المملكة أظهرت جاهزية رفيعة المستوى على الصعد التنظيمية والأمنية والصحية كافة، ما أسهم مباشرة في مرونة إجراءات الدخول والتنقل، وخفف مشقة السفر، لاسيما للقادمين عبر المنافذ البرية.
وأشاروا إلى أن التسهيلات السعودية بدت جلية وملموسة فور وصولهم إلى منفذ «الوديعة» الحدودي، حيث أُنجزت إجراءات عبورهم بسلاسة فائقة وسرعة قياسية وسط تنظيم محكم، مؤكدين أن هذه الجهود على أرض الواقع دحضت كافة المخاوف والشائعات المغرضة التي روّجت لوجود تكدس أو تأخير في المنافذ.
احترافية إنسانية وحفاوة ممتدة
وثمّن الحجاج اليمنيّون التعامل الراقي والاحترافي من قِبل منسوبي الجوازات والكوادر الطبية في المنافذ، الذين عملوا على إنهاء المعاملات في وقت قياسي، ما ساعد في تبديد مشاق الرحلة الطويلة التي تكبدوها من المحافظات اليمنية البعيدة.
وأضافوا: «إن مظاهر العناية السعودية لم تقتصر على المشارف الحدودية، بل امتدت على طول الطرق المؤدية إلى مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة، من خلال مراكز استقبال مجهزة قدمت خدمات متكاملة شملت الوجبات والمياه، إلى جانب الإرشاد والخدمات الطبية العاجلة»، لافتين إلى أن الحفاوة والترحيب اللذين استُقبلوا بهما تركا أثراً إيجابياً عميقاً في نفوسهم.
منظومة الحرمين.. رعاية فائقة
وفي السياق ذاته، نوّه الحجاج بمستوى الرعاية والتنظيم داخل المسجد الحرام، مشيدين بالخدمات النوعية المخصصة لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، التي شملت توفير الكراسي المتحركة وفرق المساندة الميدانية لتسهيل الطواف والسعي والتنقل داخل الحرم الطاهر.
وشددوا على أن الانسيابية العالية والتنظيم المحكم داخل الحرم المكي يعكسان حجم الجهود الجبارة والتوسعات التي تقودها المملكة لاستيعاب ملايين الحجاج، معتبرين أن خدمة ضيوف الرحمن غدت ثقافة متجذرة يشارك فيها الجميع عبر تقديم العون، وتوزيع المياه، وإرشاد التائهين.
واختتم حجاج اليمن حديثهم بالإشادة بالتطور المستمر الذي تشهده منظومة الحج السعودية، مؤكدين أن هذا التميز المستدام يبرهن على حرص المملكة على تسخير الإمكانات كافة لتهيئة بيئة إيمانية آمنة ومريحة تتيح لجميع الحجاج أداء شعائرهم بكل يسر وسكينة.

A number of Yemeni pilgrims explained in their conversations that the relevant authorities in the Kingdom demonstrated high-level readiness in all organizational, security, and health aspects, which directly contributed to the flexibility of entry and movement procedures, alleviating the hardships of travel, especially for those arriving through land crossings.
They pointed out that the Saudi facilities were clear and tangible as soon as they arrived at the “Al-Wadiah” border crossing, where their crossing procedures were completed with exceptional smoothness and record speed amidst tight organization, confirming that these efforts on the ground dispelled all fears and malicious rumors that promoted the existence of congestion or delays at the crossings.
Human professionalism and extended hospitality
The Yemeni pilgrims appreciated the high and professional treatment from the passport officials and medical staff at the crossings, who worked to complete transactions in record time, helping to alleviate the hardships of the long journey they endured from the distant Yemeni provinces.
They added: “The signs of Saudi care were not limited to the border areas but extended along the roads leading to Mecca and Medina, through equipped reception centers that provided comprehensive services including meals and water, in addition to guidance and urgent medical services,” noting that the hospitality and welcome they received left a deep positive impact on their hearts.

In this context, the pilgrims noted the level of care and organization inside the Grand Mosque, praising the specialized services for the elderly and people with disabilities, which included providing wheelchairs and field support teams to facilitate Tawaf, Sa’i, and movement within the holy sanctuary.
They emphasized that the high smoothness and tight organization inside the Grand Mosque reflect the immense efforts and expansions led by the Kingdom to accommodate millions of pilgrims, considering that serving the guests of الرحمن has become a rooted culture in which everyone participates by providing assistance, distributing water, and guiding the lost.
The Yemeni pilgrims concluded their remarks by praising the continuous development witnessed by the Saudi Hajj system, affirming that this sustained excellence demonstrates the Kingdom’s commitment to utilizing all resources to create a safe and comfortable spiritual environment that allows all pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
