أدانَتْ رابطةُ العالم الإسلامي -باستنكارٍ شديدٍ- الاقتحامات والانتهاكات المستمرة للمسجد الأقصى المبارك وباحاتِه، من قِبل السلطات الإسرائيلية، وتحت حماية شرطة الاحتلال.
وفي بيانٍ للأمانة العامة للرابطة، ندّد الأمين العام، رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين، الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى، بهذه الانتهاكات الخطرة المؤجِّجة لمشاعر المسلمين حول العالم، لما تنطوي عليه من اعتداءٍ جسيمٍ على حُرمة المُقدّسات الإسلامية، مُحذّرًا من مخاطر التمادي الإسرائيلي في انتهاكاته المتكررة للوضع التاريخي والقانوني للمُقدّسات في القدس.
وشدّد العيسى على الضرورة المُلِحَّة لاضطلاع المجتمع الدولي بمسؤولياته الأخلاقية والقانونية تجاه الوقف الفوري لكافة الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي ترتكبها السلطات الإسرائيلية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المُحتلّة.
The Muslim World League strongly condemned the ongoing incursions and violations of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards by the Israeli authorities, under the protection of the occupation police.
In a statement from the League’s General Secretariat, the Secretary-General, Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, denounced these serious violations that inflame the feelings of Muslims around the world, due to the grave assault on the sanctity of Islamic holy sites, warning of the dangers of the Israeli escalation in its repeated violations of the historical and legal status of the holy sites in Jerusalem.
Al-Issa emphasized the urgent necessity for the international community to assume its moral and legal responsibilities regarding the immediate cessation of all serious violations committed by the Israeli authorities in the occupied Palestinian territories.
