علقت الفنانة المصرية زينة على الأنباء المتداولة خلال الساعات الماضية بشأن لجوئها للقضاء مجدداً ضد الفنان المصري أحمد عز لزيادة نفقة مسكن طفليها، مؤكدة أن ما يتم تداوله لا أساس له من الصحة.
رد غاضب
وحرصت زينة على نفي تلك الأنباء عبر منشور كتبته على حسابها الرسمي في «إنستغرام»، معربة فيه عن غضبها من انتشار الشائعة، قائلة إن الحديث عن رفع دعوى قضائية خلال إجازة العيد أمر غير منطقي، في إشارة منها إلى عدم صحة ما أثير أخيراً.
حالة حزن
كما أشارت إلى أنها تمر بحالة من الحزن خلال الفترة الحالية بسبب وفاة شقيقها، مطالبة مروجي الشائعات بمراعاة ظروفها الشخصية وعدم الزج باسمها في أخبار غير دقيقة تثير الجدل عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
رفض الالتماس
وكانت المحكمة المختصة بالقاهرة رفضت سابقاً الالتماس المقدم من أحمد عز بشأن الحكم الصادر في قضية أجر خادمة طفلي زينة، مع تأييد القرار السابق الصادر ضده.
الحكم مستمر
وألزم الحكم أحمد عز بدفع 30 ألف جنيه لصالح زينة مقابل أجر خادمة لطفليها التوأم، بعدما قضت المحكمة بعدم جواز نظر الالتماس المقدم من دفاعه، ليستمر الحكم واجب التنفيذ دون تعديل.

Zina was keen to deny this news through a post she wrote on her official account on Instagram, expressing her anger at the spread of the rumor, stating that talking about filing a lawsuit during the holiday break is illogical, indicating that what has been raised recently is not true.
State of Sadness
She also pointed out that she is going through a state of sadness during this period due to the death of her brother, urging the rumor mongers to consider her personal circumstances and not to drag her name into inaccurate news that stirs controversy on social media.
Rejection of the Petition
The competent court in Cairo had previously rejected the petition submitted by Ahmed Ezz regarding the ruling issued in the case of the salary of Zina’s children’s nanny, upholding the previous decision against him.
The Ruling Continues
The ruling obligated Ahmed Ezz to pay 30,000 Egyptian pounds to Zina for the salary of the nanny for her twin children, after the court ruled that the petition submitted by his defense was inadmissible, thus the ruling remains enforceable without modification.
