حصلت شهد محمد فكري، ابنة الزميل محمد فكري، والمعيدة بالجامعة، على درجة الماجستير بتقدير امتياز في الذكاء الاصطناعي من جامعة النيل.
وتناولت رسالتها تحسين أداء نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي الطبية التي تربط الصور بالنصوص، دون الحاجة إلى إعادة تدريبها، من خلال تطوير استراتيجيات لتحسين التشابه بين الصور والأوصاف الطبية، والاستفادة من الصور المتشابهة، بما يسهم في رفع دقة التصنيف وتعزيز ثبات النتائج عبر مختلف المجالات الطبية.
ويُعد هذا الإنجاز إضافة إلى مسيرتها الأكاديمية، في مجال توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير التطبيقات الطبية، متمنين لها مزيدًا من التوفيق والنجاح في مسيرتها العلمية والعملية.

Shahd Mohamed Fekry, daughter of colleague Mohamed Fekry and a teaching assistant at the university, has obtained a master’s degree with honors in artificial intelligence from Nile University.
Her thesis addressed improving the performance of medical artificial intelligence models that link images to texts, without the need for retraining, by developing strategies to enhance the similarity between images and medical descriptions, and leveraging similar images, which contributes to increasing classification accuracy and enhancing the consistency of results across various medical fields.
This achievement is an addition to her academic journey in the field of employing artificial intelligence techniques to develop medical applications, and we wish her continued success and achievement in her scientific and professional career.
