أعلن صندوق الشهداء والمصابين والأسرى والمفقودين، بدء تسليم الوحدات السكنية ضمن المرحلة الأولى من مبادرة «دار شهم»، وذلك بتسليم 6 وحدات سكنية من أصل 13 وحدة مستهدفة بنهاية الربع الثالث من 2026، في عدد من مناطق السعودية.
وتمثل المبادرة نموذجاً تنموياً يقوم على بناء وحدات سكنية على أراضٍ يملكها المستفيدون، بما يسهم في تسريع الانتفاع من الأرض المملوكة للمستفيدين، ويعزز الاستقرار السكني والاجتماعي للأسر المستفيدة.
وتجسد مبادرة «دار شهم» نموذجاً وطنياً لتكامل الجهات الحكومية مع القطاع المالي والقطاع غير الربحي، من خلال تنفيذ المشروع عبر مشغل من القطاع غير الربحي، بما يعزز دوره التنموي، ويدعم المحتوى المحلي عبر إشراك جهات وطنية متخصصة في التنفيذ، إلى جانب تطبيق معايير حوكمة ورقابة عالية بإشراف ومتابعة مباشرة من صندوق الشهداء ومصرف الراجحي، مع إلزام الجهات المنفذة بمعايير جودة دقيقة وضمانات تنفيذ تضمن جودة المخرجات واستدامتها.
الأمين العام لصندوق الشهداء والمصابين والأسرى والمفقودين طلال عثمان المعمر كشف أن مبادرة «دار شهم» تُمثّل امتداداً لرسالته في تقديم خدمات وبرامج نوعية مستدامة، وشراكات مجتمعية فاعلة تسهم في تمكين المستفيدين والارتقاء بجودة حياتهم عبر حلول تسهم في تعزيز استقرارهم السكني والاجتماعي، وتترجم معاني الاعتزاز والوفاء تجاه أبطال الوطن وأسرهم.
وتستهدف مبادرة «دار شهم» بناء 50 وحدة سكنية على أراضٍ يملكها مستفيدو الصندوق، موزعة على عدد من مناطق السعودية من بينها منطقة الرياض ومكة المكرمة وعسير وجازان والقصيم، بما يدعم استقرار أكثر من 240 فرداً من أسر مستفيدي الصندوق؛ منسوبي القطاعات الأمنية والعسكرية وذويهم.
The Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons Fund announced the start of delivering housing units as part of the first phase of the “Dar Shahm” initiative, with the delivery of 6 housing units out of a targeted 13 units by the end of the third quarter of 2026, in several regions of Saudi Arabia.
The initiative represents a developmental model based on building housing units on land owned by the beneficiaries, which contributes to accelerating the utilization of the land owned by the beneficiaries and enhances the residential and social stability of the beneficiary families.
The “Dar Shahm” initiative embodies a national model for the integration of government entities with the financial sector and the non-profit sector, by implementing the project through an operator from the non-profit sector, which enhances its developmental role and supports local content by involving specialized national entities in the implementation, alongside applying high governance and oversight standards under the direct supervision and follow-up of the Martyrs Fund and Al Rajhi Bank, while obligating the implementing entities to precise quality standards and execution guarantees that ensure the quality and sustainability of the outputs.
The Secretary-General of the Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons Fund, Talal Othman Al-Muammar, revealed that the “Dar Shahm” initiative represents an extension of its mission to provide sustainable quality services and programs, and effective community partnerships that contribute to empowering beneficiaries and improving their quality of life through solutions that enhance their residential and social stability, translating the meanings of pride and loyalty towards the nation’s heroes and their families.
The “Dar Shahm” initiative aims to build 50 housing units on land owned by the fund’s beneficiaries, distributed across several regions of Saudi Arabia, including the Riyadh, Makkah, Asir, Jazan, and Qassim regions, supporting the stability of more than 240 individuals from the families of the fund’s beneficiaries; personnel from the security and military sectors and their families.
