كرّمت جائزة غازي القصيبي الفائزين في دورتها الثالثة خلال حفل أُقيم أمس في جامعة اليمامة بالرياض، بحضور عدد من المسؤولين والأكاديميين والمثقفين والمهتمين بالشأن الثقافي والتنموي والتطوعي.
وشهد الحفل تتويج 3 مبادرات وجهات متميزة في فروع الأدب والتنمية والإدارة والعمل التطوعي، بإجمالي جوائز مالية بلغت 300 ألف ريال، تقديراً لإسهاماتها وأثرها الإيجابي في المجتمع.
وأكد رئيس الهيئة الإشرافية لكرسي غازي القصيبي الدكتور عبدالواحد الحميد أن الجائزة تمثل مشروعاً وطنياً يحتفي بالمنجزات المؤثرة ويعزز قيم المبادرة والابتكار، مشيراً إلى أن استمرارها يعكس نجاحها في استقطاب التجارب الرائدة وإبراز النماذج الملهمة الداعمة لمسيرة التنمية.
من جانبه، أوضح الأمين العام للجائزة الدكتور عمر السيف أن الدورة الثالثة شهدت تنافساً نوعياً بين المشاركات، وعكست امتداد الأثر الفكري والإداري والثقافي للراحل غازي القصيبي، مبيناً أن عملية التحكيم تمت وفق معايير الحوكمة والشفافية، وأن الجهات الفائزة قدمت مبادرات ذات أثر مستدام وإضافة نوعية للمجتمع تتوافق مع مستهدفات التنمية الوطنية.
من جهته قال فارس غازي القصيبي لـ«عكاظ» إن حفل الجائزة يشكل مناسبة استثنائية ومصدر فخر واعتزاز له ولأفراد عائلته، لارتباطها باسم والده الراحل الدكتور غازي القصيبي، رحمه الله، مؤكداً أن الجهات والمبادرات الفائزة تمثل نماذج وطنية ملهمة أسهمت بأعمال ومبادرات ذات أثر ملموس في المجتمع، وهو ما يجسد الأهداف التي انطلقت من أجلها الجائزة.
وأضاف أن استحضار سيرة والده وإرثه الفكري والأدبي خلال الحفل، والاستماع إلى قصائده وأشعاره، يبعث في نفسه مشاعر متباينة تجمع بين الحنين لفقده والاعتزاز باستمرار حضوره وتأثيره في الوعي الثقافي والمجتمعي، معرباً عن سعادته بما شهده الحفل من حضور وتفاعل يعكس المكانة التي يحظى بها اسم غازي القصيبي وإرثه الوطني.
وهنأ الفائزين بجوائز الدورة الثالثة، وهم منصة «أدب» الرقمية، وشركة «فلك للأعمال والاستثمار»، ومبادرة «عون»، متمنياً لهم مزيداً من النجاح والتوفيق، وأن تواصل مبادراتهم تحقيق أثر إيجابي ومستدام يسهم في خدمة المجتمع ودعم مسيرة التنمية.

The Ghazi Al-Qusaibi Award honored the winners of its third edition during a ceremony held yesterday at Al-Yamamah University in Riyadh, attended by a number of officials, academics, intellectuals, and those interested in cultural, developmental, and voluntary affairs.
The ceremony witnessed the awarding of 3 distinguished initiatives and entities in the fields of literature, development, management, and volunteer work, with a total prize money of 300,000 riyals, in appreciation of their contributions and positive impact on society.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the Ghazi Al-Qusaibi Chair, Dr. Abdulwahid Al-Humaid, confirmed that the award represents a national project that celebrates impactful achievements and enhances the values of initiative and innovation, noting that its continuity reflects its success in attracting pioneering experiences and highlighting inspiring models that support the path of development.
For his part, the Secretary-General of the award, Dr. Omar Al-Sayf, explained that the third edition witnessed qualitative competition among the submissions, reflecting the intellectual, administrative, and cultural impact of the late Ghazi Al-Qusaibi, indicating that the judging process was conducted according to governance and transparency standards, and that the winning entities presented initiatives with sustainable impact and qualitative additions to society that align with national development goals.
In turn, Ghazi Al-Qusaibi’s son told “Okaz” that the award ceremony represents an exceptional occasion and a source of pride for him and his family, due to its connection to the name of his late father, Dr. Ghazi Al-Qusaibi, may God have mercy on him, emphasizing that the winning entities and initiatives represent inspiring national models that contributed works and initiatives with tangible impact on society, which embodies the goals for which the award was launched.
He added that recalling his father’s legacy and intellectual and literary heritage during the ceremony, and listening to his poems and verses, evokes in him mixed feelings that combine nostalgia for his loss and pride in his continued presence and influence in cultural and societal awareness, expressing his happiness with the attendance and interaction witnessed at the ceremony, reflecting the status that the name Ghazi Al-Qusaibi holds and his national legacy.
He congratulated the winners of the third edition, which includes the “Adab” digital platform, “Falak for Business and Investment,” and the “Aoun” initiative, wishing them further success and prosperity, and that their initiatives continue to achieve a positive and sustainable impact that contributes to serving the community and supporting the path of development.
