ماذا دهاك يا كوتش؟ بعد أن سلّم الاتحاديون أمرهم، وتقبّلوا الواقع المرير الذي وصل إليه فريقهم، جئت لتوقظ الأمل، ثم تعيدهم إلى القلق من جديد!
خذلتهم إدارة فُرضت عليهم، بمكلّفيها ومناديبها وقراراتها الكارثية؛ ففرّغت الفريق، واستقطبت عناصر لم تكن بحجم الطموح، ولا تُقارن بما ناله المنافسون من رغدٍ عناصري. بلغ بهم الترف حدّ اختيار من يسرّحون ومن يحتفظون به، بل تسريح نجوم إلى خارج الحدود، وحرمان المنافسين المحليين من الاستفادة من فائض النعم، فيما تُرك للآخرين البحث عن بدائل متواضعة.
وبعد أن طارت الطيور بأرزاقها، وأُغلق الكتاب، حضرت أنت لتشغل المقعد الفني الشاغر؛ بوصفك الخيار المتاح، لا الاختيار المناسب. رحّبنا ورضخنا، ونحن نعلم أن المنافسة لن تكون عادلة في ظل الفوارق الفنية مع المنافسين، وأننا نترقّب موسمًا متواضعًا للفريق.
ومن أول نظرة، أحببنا بداياتك وجرأتك، في ضوء النتائج التي حققها الفريق مع انطلاق مهمتك. منحناك الثقة، وتغنّى بك المنافسون، فيما كنا ندعو المولى أن تمر المرحلة على خير، وأن ينجو نادينا من الفخ الذي نُصب له.
ثم، ومن دون مقدمات، ظهرت علينا بوجه آخر، وبأسلوب يعيدنا إلى العهود الغابرة: ارتباك، وفوضى فنية، ونتائج سلبية!
فهل أصابتك عيون الحاسدين؟ أم أننا، من شدة إعجابنا بك وبحماسك وتكتيكك، غفلنا عن تحصينك؟
إلى هنا، ولا بد أن تراجع حساباتك، وأن تعمل وفق الإمكانيات الفنية المتاحة، من دون مغامرات غير محسوبة. لقد تقبّل المدرج مرارة الواقع، لكن ذلك لا يمنحك عذرا لإهدار هيبة الفريق.
وقبل ذلك، لا بد أن تزور متحف النادي، وتقرأ تاريخه، وتتصفّح سجل إنجازاته وذهبه، وتعرف قيمة المدرج الذهبي وإسهاماته في تحقيق المعجزات.
افعل ذلك، حتى لا يصيبك ما أصاب من قبلك، وتتحوّل إلى «فشنّك» عوضًا عن «فيسينغ»!

The management, which was imposed on them, has let them down with its appointees, representatives, and disastrous decisions; it depleted the team and attracted elements that did not meet their ambitions and could not be compared to what competitors had gained in terms of quality. They reached a level of luxury where they chose who to release and who to keep, even releasing stars beyond the borders, while local competitors were deprived of benefiting from the surplus, leaving others to search for modest alternatives.
After the birds had flown away with their fortunes and the book was closed, you arrived to fill the vacant coaching seat; as the available option, not the suitable choice. We welcomed and submitted, knowing that the competition would not be fair given the technical disparities with the competitors, and that we were anticipating a modest season for the team.
From the very first glance, we loved your beginnings and your boldness, in light of the results the team achieved at the start of your mission. We granted you our trust, and competitors praised you, while we prayed that the phase would pass well, and that our club would escape the trap set for it.
Then, without any preamble, you appeared to us with a different face and a style that takes us back to bygone eras: confusion, technical chaos, and negative results!
Have the envious eyes struck you? Or did we, out of our admiration for you, your enthusiasm, and your tactics, neglect to fortify you?
Up to this point, you must reassess your calculations and work according to the available technical capabilities, without uncalculated adventures. The stands have accepted the bitterness of reality, but that does not give you an excuse to waste the team’s dignity.
Before that, you must visit the club’s museum, read its history, browse through its record of achievements and gold, and understand the value of the golden stands and their contributions to achieving miracles.
Do this, so that you do not suffer what those before you suffered, and turn into a “fiasco” instead of a “finesse”!
