وصل وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله اليوم إلى مدينة إسطنبول التركية، وذلك للمشاركة في الاجتماع الوزاري للمجموعة الرباعية (المملكة العربية السعودية، وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، والجمهورية التركية، وجمهورية مصر العربية)، والاجتماع الوزاري للمجموعة مع الدول الأوروبية (المملكة المتحدة، الجمهورية الفرنسية، جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية، والجمهورية الإيطالية).
وسيبحث المجتمعون مستجدات القضايا الإقليمية والدولية، وفي مقدمتها التطورات في اليمن، والحرب الأمريكية الإيرانية، والقضية الفلسطينية، والأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية، وأهمية استعادة حرية الملاحة وضمانها في مضيقي هرمز وباب المندب، إضافة إلى مناقشة فرص التعاون والتنسيق بين دول المنطقة والدول الأوروبية.
Today, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah arrived in Istanbul, Turkey, to participate in the ministerial meeting of the Quadrilateral Group (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Turkey, and the Arab Republic of Egypt), as well as the ministerial meeting of the group with European countries (the United Kingdom, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Italian Republic).
The attendees will discuss updates on regional and international issues, primarily the developments in Yemen, the American-Iranian war, the Palestinian issue, the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, and the importance of restoring and ensuring freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and the Bab el-Mandeb, in addition to discussing opportunities for cooperation and coordination between the countries of the region and European countries.
