حذّر المحاضر الآسيوي الدكتور يحيى جابر، فريق النصر من عدة أسباب فنية وإدارية تجعل نظيره الشباب في مواجهة الليلة المرتقبة متحفزاً لانتزاع فوز مهم وتعطيل انطلاقة النصر نحو اللقب. جاء ذلك خلال حديث يحيى جابر لـ«عكاظ»، قائلاً: «العوامل الإدارية والفنية متداخلة وتؤثر على نفسية اللاعبين بالدرجة الأولى سلباً وإيجاباً، وتساهم في رفع الروح المعنوية أو عكس ذلك، في حال عدم وجود انسجام إداري فني، فإن مباراة النصر والشباب تعتبر واحدة من أهم مباريات الدوري للنصر تحديداً، ولحساسية هذا اللقاء، هيأت إدارة نادي الشباب كافة الظروف النفسية والمعنوية للاعبين، من خلال حل مشاكل اللاعبين ودعم المدرب المتعثر الجزائري بن زكري، وتسهيل العوائق المالية والنفسية كافة، بحيث يدخل لاعبو الشباب المباراة بأفضل صورة وحال، إضافة للتحفيز الكبير من أجل فوز ثمين يسهم في إضافة نقاط إيجابية للشباب، وعرقلة النصر عن نيل الدوري، ما يشير إلى أن لاعبي الشباب سيبذلون جهداً كبيراً ومضاعفاً للفوز وبقوة، مستغلين الحالة النفسية التي يمر بها الفريق النصراوي عقب الهزيمة المؤلمة والمؤثرة من القادسية التي أحدثت إرباكاً نفسياً وفنياً حساساً للاعبين والأجهزة الفنية والإدارية، حتى وإن لم يُعلن».
«الليث» متحفز
وأضاف: «يحظى الشباب بتحفيز كبير للغاية ومهم وفي توقيت صعب للنصر، وهنا أحذر النصر بأجهزته الفنية والإدارية كافة لخلق بيئة عالية الجاذبية وتحفيز اللاعبين للقتال الكروي بأقصى تركيز وقوة، والبحث عن مفاتيح القوة والضعف في المنافس، ومعالجة السلبيات الفنية والإدارية كافة بشكل عاجل ومهم، إذ إن سيناريو لقاء القادسية ربما يتكرر إن لم يكن السيناريو أسوأ، فالشباب فريق قوي وليس بالسهل، والمدرب الجزائري رغم إمكاناته المحدودة، إلا أنه يمتلك لاعبين على مستوى عالٍ، ويريدون وضع بصمة كتلك التي وضعها لاعبو القادسية لتسويق أنفسهم في دوري مؤثر عالمياً».
تفوق النصر مشروط
واختتم تصريحه بقوله: «الفوز النصراوي سنكون له شروط وهي أن يقاتل لاعبو الفريق بكل قوة وتركيز ودون أدنى تهاون، وتقوية الجهة اليسرى التي تعتبر نقطة الضعف الكبرى للفريق، وانضباطية اللعب الجماعي، فيما تبقى الجماهير على موعد قمة حقيقية وساخنة، ولقاء سيكون أقوى بدنياً من لقاء النصر والهلال المرتقب».
