انتشرت قوات المجاهدين على الجبال والأودية والطرق الترابية ذات التضاريس الصعبة المحيطة بمكة المكرمة لتأمين المنافذ البرية المؤدية إلى مكة المكرمة والطوق الأمني بمشعر عرفات مع قوات أمن الحج. وتعدُّ الإدارة العامة للمجاهدين ركناً أساسيّاً في منظومة أمن الحج، وتركز مهماتها على تأمين الطرق الفرعية والوعرة، وضبط المخالفين، ومنع الدخول غير النظامي للعاصمة المقدسة. وتستهدف قوات المجاهدين منع دخول المتسللين إلى مكة المكرمة، وسط جاهزية تامة للتعامل المباشر مع المخالفين في أي وقت وتحت أي ظروف في كافة التضاريس.
وتنفّذ قوات المجاهدين طوقاً خارجيّاً على امتداد محيط العاصمة المقدسة، وانتشاراً أمنياً طوال فترة الحج، وتنشئ نقاطاً أمنيةً؛ لمنع تسلل الحجاج غير النظاميين عبر الأودية والمنافذ الترابية والطرق غير الرسمية، وإغلاق ومنع التسلل من الجهة الشرقية لمشعر عرفات، وحماية ما خصص لها من مواقع حيوية، إضافة إلى قوة احتياطية للطوارئ والمساندة عند الحاجة؛ لتعزيز الإيجابيات ومعالجة السلبيات، وتنفيذ الخطط التي تضعها قيادة أمن الحج في هذا العام، إذ تشارك الإدارة العامة للمجاهدين بقوة متكاملة تم توزيعها على مواقع عدة مختلفة.
The Mujahideen forces have spread across the mountains, valleys, and difficult terrain dirt roads surrounding the holy city of Mecca to secure the land routes leading to Mecca and the security perimeter at the Arafat site alongside the Hajj security forces. The General Administration of the Mujahideen is considered a fundamental pillar in the Hajj security system, focusing its tasks on securing secondary and rugged roads, controlling violators, and preventing unauthorized entry into the holy capital. The Mujahideen forces aim to prevent infiltrators from entering Mecca, with full readiness to engage directly with violators at any time and under any circumstances across all terrains.
The Mujahideen forces implement an external cordon around the perimeter of the holy capital, maintaining a security presence throughout the Hajj period, and establishing security checkpoints to prevent the infiltration of unauthorized pilgrims through valleys, dirt routes, and unofficial roads. They also close and prevent infiltration from the eastern side of the Arafat site, protecting the vital locations designated for them, in addition to having a reserve force for emergencies and support when needed; to enhance positives and address negatives, and to implement the plans set by the Hajj security leadership this year, as the General Administration of the Mujahideen participates with a fully integrated force distributed across several different locations.
