فتحت جهات التحقيق المختصة بالقاهرة الجديدة تحقيقاتها في حادثة غرق فتاة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة داخل حمام سباحة بأحد الأندية، وذلك للوقوف على ملابسات الواقعة وتحديد ما إذا كانت هناك شبهة إهمال أو تقصير تسببت في الحادث.
وتلقت الجهات الأمنية بلاغًا يفيد بتعرُّض فتاة للغرق أثناء وجودها داخل حمام السباحة، وعلى الفور انتقلت الأجهزة المختصة إلى موقع الحادثة لإجراء المعاينة اللازمة وجمع المعلومات وسماع أقوال الشهود.
وجرى نقل الفتاة إلى المستشفى عقب انتشالها من المياه، فيما باشرت جهات التحقيق متابعة تطورات الواقعة والاستماع إلى إفادات الأطراف المعنية، إلى جانب مراجعة التقارير الطبية الخاصة بالحالة. كما استمعت جهات التحقيق إلى أقوال أسرة الفتاة والطبيب المعالج؛ بهدف الوقوف على تفاصيل ما جرى والظروف التي أحاطت بالحادث، بالتزامن مع تفريغ كاميرات المراقبة لرصد اللحظات التي سبقت الواقعة وكيفية حدوثها.
في إطار التحقيقات، تم استجواب مسؤولي حمام السباحة والتحفُّظ على مدرب السباحة المشرف خلال فترة التدريب، مع فحص مدى الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والإشراف داخل المنشأة الرياضية وقت وقوع الحادث.
وتواصل الجهات المختصة جمع الأدلة وسماع الشهادات وفحص التسجيلات؛ تمهيدًا لتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في ضوء ما ستسفر عنه نتائج التحقيقات النهائية والتقارير الفنية والطبية.
The relevant investigative authorities in New Cairo have opened their investigations into the drowning incident of a girl with special needs in a swimming pool at a club, in order to ascertain the circumstances of the incident and determine whether there was any negligence or shortcoming that led to the accident.
The security authorities received a report indicating that a girl had drowned while in the swimming pool, and immediately, the relevant agencies moved to the scene of the incident to conduct the necessary inspection, gather information, and hear witness statements.
The girl was transported to the hospital after being rescued from the water, while the investigative authorities began to monitor the developments of the incident and listen to the testimonies of the concerned parties, in addition to reviewing the medical reports related to her condition. The investigative authorities also heard the statements of the girl’s family and the treating physician, aiming to understand the details of what happened and the circumstances surrounding the incident, alongside reviewing the surveillance camera footage to capture the moments leading up to the incident and how it occurred.
As part of the investigations, the pool officials were interrogated, and the swimming coach supervising during the training period was detained, while examining the adherence to safety procedures and supervision within the sports facility at the time of the incident.
The relevant authorities continue to collect evidence, hear testimonies, and examine recordings, in preparation for determining legal responsibilities and taking necessary actions in light of what the final investigation results and technical and medical reports will reveal.
