أعلنت الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني، أمس، انطلاق أعمال «تمرين الأمن السيبراني لموسم حج 1447هـ»، الهادف إلى تعزيز الجاهزية السيبرانية للجهات الوطنية المشاركة في موسم حج هذا العام، وتنمية مهارات المختصين لديها في مجال الأمن السيبراني، وتمكينها من تعزيز أمنها السيبراني، بما يسهم في تقديم تجربة متكاملة لضيوف الرحمن، وذلك ضمن برنامج تعزيز الأمن السيبراني لموسم الحج الذي تنفذه الهيئة لتعزيز الجاهزية السيبرانية للخدمات والأنظمة التقنية المرتبطة بموسم حج هذا العام، بما يسهم في دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تسخير جميع الإمكانات لتقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن.
وبيّنت الهيئة أن التمرين الذي تنفذه على مدى يومين في محافظة جدة، يشارك فيه أكثر من 300 جهة وطنية يمثلها أكثر من 1000 مسؤول ومختص في مجال الأمن السيبراني، ويتناول التمرين إجراء محاكاة لأنواع مختلفة من الهجمات والحوادث السيبرانية الواقعية، وتطبيق آلية الاستجابة لها، والإلمام بآخر الأساليب المستخدمة في الهجمات السيبرانية، لافتةً إلى أن التمرين يشتمل على مجموعة من الأنشطة الفنية والإدارية لمسؤولي ومختصي الأمن السيبراني لإيجاد حلول مبتكرة للتحديات السيبرانية المرتبطة بالأنظمة التقنية للخدمات المقدمة خلال موسم الحج؛ وفق أفضل المعايير والممارسات، وذلك عبر منصة متخصصة، تم بناؤها واستضافتها وتشغيلها محلياً بالتعاون مع الذراع التقنية للهيئة، الشركة السعودية لتقنية المعلومات (سايت).
The National Cybersecurity Authority announced yesterday the launch of the “Cybersecurity Exercise for the Hajj Season 1447 AH,” aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity readiness of the national entities participating in this year’s Hajj season, developing the skills of their specialists in the field of cybersecurity, and enabling them to strengthen their cybersecurity, contributing to providing a comprehensive experience for the guests of Allah. This is part of the cybersecurity enhancement program for the Hajj season implemented by the authority to bolster the cybersecurity readiness of the services and technical systems associated with this year’s Hajj season, supporting national efforts to harness all capabilities to provide the best services for the guests of Allah.
The authority indicated that the exercise, which will take place over two days in Jeddah, involves more than 300 national entities represented by over 1,000 officials and specialists in the field of cybersecurity. The exercise addresses simulating various types of real cyberattacks and incidents, applying response mechanisms, and familiarizing participants with the latest methods used in cyberattacks. It noted that the exercise includes a series of technical and administrative activities for cybersecurity officials and specialists to find innovative solutions to the cybersecurity challenges associated with the technical systems for the services provided during the Hajj season, according to the best standards and practices. This will be conducted through a specialized platform that has been built, hosted, and operated locally in collaboration with the authority’s technical arm, the Saudi Company for Information Technology (SAIT).
