While social media platforms circulated a recent photo of the Egyptian artist Iman Al-Toukhi that seemed contrary to the mental image the public has held of her for many years due to the signs of aging that appeared on her, the son of Al-Toukhi’s sister, artist Ahmed Mohsen, clarified the truth behind the circulated photo of his aunt.
The Truth About the Photo
Mohsen confirmed through his official Facebook account that the photo is fabricated and completely untrue, pointing out that the image was taken from the series “Rabea Ta’ud” after numerous modifications were made to it.
He added: “Guys, this ridiculous photo on the right is completely untrue; someone took it and altered it like this, while the photo on the left is the original image from the series (Rabea Ta’ud). May God suffice us and He is the best disposer of affairs against these people.”
Iman Al-Toukhi
Iman Al-Toukhi was born on January 11, 1958, and is best known for her role in the series “Ra’fat Al-Hagan,” but she retired due to psychological pressures in the late 1990s.
