أفصحت صحيفة «معاريف» أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب يطالب إيران بخمسة مطالب صارمة، هي: تسليم نحو 400 كيلوغرام من اليورانيوم المخصّب، تفكيك برنامجها النووي، إلغاء برنامج الصواريخ الباليستية، وقف البرنامج الصاروخي، وإنهاء دعمها للجماعات الوكيلة في اليمن والعراق وسورية ولبنان.
اجتماعات إسرائيلية في واشنطن
ونقلت الصحيفة الإسرائيلية، اليوم (الإثنين)، عن مصدر مطلع قوله إن مسؤولين عسكريين إسرائيليين عقدوا اجتماعات موسعة في واشنطن مع هيئة الأركان المشتركة الأمريكية.
وأفادت بأن هذه المباحثات تأتي في سياق تنسيق أمني يهدف إلى استيضاح تداعيات أي هجوم محتمل على إيران، بالتزامن مع ضغوط يمارسها الرئيس ترمب على طهران لحثها على الامتثال لمطالب وصفها المراقبون بـ«الصارمة».
وذكرت مصادر إسرائيلية أن تل أبيب سعت خلال الاجتماعات إلى استيضاح «عواقب توجيه ضربة عسكرية لإيران أو الامتناع عنها». كما قدمت معلومات استخباراتية حديثة في ظل تصاعد التوتر مع طهران.
وحسب المصدر، فإن إسرائيل تدرك أن إيران لن تكون مستعدة لمناقشة هذه المطالب مجتمعة أو منفردة، معتبراً أن المرحلة الحالية تتسم بـ«المماطلة».
خياران لا ثالث لهما
وتبحث واشنطن، وفقاً للصحيفة، خيارين لا ثالث لهما: إما المضي في مواجهة عسكرية، أو التراجع بما قد يحوّل التهديد إلى مجرد «تصعيد لفظي».
وتحدثت الصحيفة عن حالة ترقب تسود بشأن دوافع التأخير في اتخاذ القرار، ويتضمن ذلك احتمال الحاجة لحشد قوات إضافية، أو مناورة دبلوماسية لتبرير تحرك عسكري في وقت لاحق.
وحذرت مصادر إسرائيلية من أن أي تراجع أمريكي في اللحظة الأخيرة قد يؤدي إلى «وضع أكثر خطورة» في الشرق الأوسط.
وحسب تقرير الصحيفة، فإن المرحلة الراهنة تمثل «فرصة مفصلية» لإعادة تشكيل موازين القوى. واعتبرت أن زيارات الجنرالات إلى واشنطن تأتي في إطار السعي للتأثير على القرار الأمريكي قبيل لحظة الحسم.
خيار محتمل لإزالة التوتر
من جانبه، أعلن المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف أن مسألة نقل اليورانيوم المخصب من إيران إلى روسيا مدرجة على جدول الأعمال منذ فترة طويلة، لافتاً إلى أن موسكو تتواصل مع الأطراف المعنية بهذا الشأن.
ورداً على سؤال عما إذا كانت إمكانية نقل اليورانيوم المخصب الإيراني إلى روسيا تجري مناقشتها مع واشنطن وطهران، أجاب بيسكوف: «كان هذا الموضوع مدرجاً على جدول الأعمال منذ فترة طويلة، تقدم روسيا هذه الخدمات منذ فترة طويلة، كخيار محتمل من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى إزالة بعض العوامل المسببة للتوتر في عدة دول، في الوقت الحالي تواصل روسيا جهودها، وتواصل الاتصالات مع جميع الأطراف المعنية، وتحافظ على استعدادها لتهدئة التوتر بشأن إيران قدر المستطاع».
روسيا أم دولة ثالثة؟
وكان بيسكوف امتنع في 15 أبريل الماضي عن التعليق على أنباء أفادت أن الولايات المتحدة عرضت على إيران نقل مخزونات اليورانيوم المخصب إلى روسيا أو دولة ثالثة.
فيما أفاد وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف، في حينه، بأن موسكو تستطيع استلام كميات اليورانيوم المخصب بنسبة تتجاوز الحدود المسموح بها، وإعادة معالجته، ثم تزويد إيران باليورانيوم المخصب للاستخدام في منشآتها النووية السلمية، وتحديداً في قطاع الطاقة.
The newspaper “Maariv” disclosed that U.S. President Donald Trump is demanding five strict conditions from Iran, which are: the delivery of about 400 kilograms of enriched uranium, dismantling its nuclear program, canceling the ballistic missile program, halting the missile program, and ending its support for proxy groups in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon.
Israeli Meetings in Washington
The Israeli newspaper reported today (Monday) that a knowledgeable source stated that Israeli military officials held extensive meetings in Washington with the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff.
It indicated that these discussions are part of a security coordination aimed at clarifying the implications of any potential attack on Iran, coinciding with pressures exerted by President Trump on Tehran to urge compliance with what observers described as “strict” demands.
Israeli sources mentioned that Tel Aviv sought during the meetings to clarify the “consequences of a military strike on Iran or refraining from it.” They also provided recent intelligence information amid rising tensions with Tehran.
According to the source, Israel understands that Iran will not be willing to discuss these demands collectively or individually, considering that the current phase is characterized by “stalling.”
Two Options, No Third
According to the newspaper, Washington is considering two options, with no third: either proceeding with military confrontation or retreating, which could turn the threat into mere “verbal escalation.”
The newspaper spoke of a state of anticipation regarding the reasons for the delay in decision-making, which includes the possibility of needing to mobilize additional forces or a diplomatic maneuver to justify military action later.
Israeli sources warned that any last-minute U.S. retreat could lead to a “more dangerous situation” in the Middle East.
According to the newspaper’s report, the current phase represents a “pivotal opportunity” to reshape the balance of power. It considered that the visits of generals to Washington are part of efforts to influence the U.S. decision ahead of the moment of resolution.
A Possible Option to Reduce Tensions
For his part, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that the issue of transferring enriched uranium from Iran to Russia has been on the agenda for a long time, noting that Moscow is in contact with the parties concerned in this regard.
In response to a question about whether the possibility of transferring Iranian enriched uranium to Russia is being discussed with Washington and Tehran, Peskov replied: “This topic has been on the agenda for a long time; Russia has been providing these services for a long time as a potential option that could lead to alleviating some of the factors causing tension in several countries. Currently, Russia continues its efforts, maintains communication with all concerned parties, and keeps its readiness to ease tensions regarding Iran as much as possible.”
Russia or a Third Country?
Peskov refrained on April 15 from commenting on reports that the United States offered Iran to transfer its enriched uranium stocks to Russia or a third country.
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated at the time that Moscow could accept quantities of enriched uranium exceeding the allowed limits, reprocess it, and then supply Iran with enriched uranium for use in its peaceful nuclear facilities, specifically in the energy sector.
