محافظ الدرعية يستقبل سفير المملكة المتحدة لدى السعودية – أخبار السعودية – ن والقلم

استقبل محافظ الدرعية الأمير راكان بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، في مكتبه بالمحافظة اليوم (الثلاثاء)، سفير المملكة المتحدة لدى المملكة ستيفن هيتشن.

وجرى خلال الاستقبال تبادل الأحاديث الودية، وبحث الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

وتناول الاستقبال ما تشهده محافظة الدرعية من تطور في المجالات الثقافية والسياحية، وما تمتاز به من إرث تاريخي وحضاري، إلى جانب الفرص المتاحة لتعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

من جانبه نوه السفير البريطاني بما تحظى به الدرعية من مكانة تاريخية وثقافية، وما تشهده من مشروعات تطويرية

The Governor of Diriyah, Prince Rakan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, received the British Ambassador to the Kingdom, Stephen Hitchen, in his office in the province today (Tuesday).

During the reception, friendly conversations were exchanged, and topics of mutual interest were discussed.

The reception addressed the development taking place in Diriyah in cultural and tourism fields, as well as its historical and civilizational heritage, along with the available opportunities to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences in areas of mutual interest.

For his part, the British ambassador praised the historical and cultural significance of Diriyah and the developmental projects it is witnessing.
