المشتبه فيه البالغ من العمر 40 سنة، وهو من ذوي السوابق القضائية الحافلة، دخل في حالة سكر متقدمة مع غياب الوازع الأخلاقي ليتجرد من إنسانيته تماماً، واضعاً خطة شيطانية لاستدراج الضحية الصغيرة إلى داخل وكره، محولاً جدران منزله إلى سجن ينهش فيه براءة الطفولة المستضعفة.
وجاء التحرك الأمني السريع والدقيق لرجال الأمن بالرباط ليحبط استمرار الفاجعة وينقذ الطفلة من براثن هذا الذئب البشري. وفي حالة تلبس صادمة، دهمت عناصر الشرطة المنزل في ساعة متأخرة لتجد المتهم في حالة سكر علني وفي وضعية تلبس إجرامي فاضح يثبت اتهامات الاحتجاز والاعتداء الجنسي وهتك العرض. وجرى اقتياده مصفداً إلى مخفر الشرطة، حيث تم الاحتفاظ به تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الصارم.
