أعلنت NHC عن بلوغ أعمال التنفيذ في وجهة سدايم بمحافظة جدة، مراحلَ متقدمةً إذ وصلت نسبة إنجاز البنية الفوقية إلى 88% والبنية التحتية إلى 82% كما اكتمل المركز التجاري بالمنطقة السكنية بنسبة 95% وبلغت نسبة إنجاز محطة الكهرباء 85%.
وتعكس هذه النسب سير أعمال المباني والخدمات الأساسية بالتوازي بما يدعم تكامل الوجهة، ويرفع جاهزيتها لتكون مجتمعاً سكنياً متكاملاً يجمع بين السكن والخدمات ونمط الحياة.
ما تحقق في وجهة سدايم يؤكد التزام الشركة بتطوير مجتمعاتٍ عمرانيةٍ تقوم على بنيةٍ تحتيةٍ متكاملةٍ وخدماتٍ تلبي حاجات الأسر، كما أن تقدم الأعمال في المركز التجاري والبنية التحتية ومحطة الكهرباء يعززان جاهزية الوجهة ويواكبان خطط الشركة لزيادة المعروض العقاري.
وتقع وجهة سدايم في شمال أبحر بمحافظة جدة بالقرب من شاطئ البحر الأحمر، على مساحةٍ تتجاوز 3.8 مليون متر مربع وتستهدف تطوير أكثر من تسعة آلاف وحدة سكنية تتنوع بين فلل وشقق وتاون هاوس لأكثر من 45 ألف نسمة.

The commercial center in the residential area has been completed by 95%, and the completion percentage of the power station has reached 85%.
These percentages reflect the progress of building and essential services in parallel, supporting the integration of the destination and enhancing its readiness to be a complete residential community that combines housing, services, and lifestyle.

The Sadim destination is located in North Abhur in Jeddah, near the Red Sea coast, covering an area of over 3.8 million square meters and aims to develop more than nine thousand housing units, including villas, apartments, and townhouses for over 45,000 residents.
