قضت محكمة أسرة قصر النيل، أمس (الأربعاء)، بإلزام الفنان المصري بيومي فؤاد بدفع أجرة مسكن ومصاريف مدرسة ونفقة صغير وذلك في 3 دعاوى قضائية أقامتها طليقته.

وأعلنت طليقة النجم الكوميدي، مايو الماضي، اضطرارها لرفع 4 قضايا ضده أمام محكمة الأسرة بسبب «رفضه الإنفاق على طفلهما».
وقالت في تصريحات صحافية: حصلت أخيراً على حكم بالولاية التعليمية للطفل، مؤكدة توليها وحدها كافة مصروفات ابنها خلال الفترة الماضية، مبينة أن كل المحاولات لاحتواء الأمر وحل المشكلة ودياً باءت بالفشل، ما اضطرها في النهاية لرفع القضايا الأربع بنفقة المدرسة والمسكن والحضانة للطفل ضد فؤاد.
تسوية ودية
كما أشارت إلى أن محاولات التسوية الودية استمرت لفترة، إلا أن بيومي أكد عدم قدرته على سداد الالتزامات المطلوبة، ما دفعها للجوء إلى القضاء للمطالبة بحقوق الطفل القانونية.
وقبل أيام، أقامت طليقة الفنان بيومي فؤاد 3 دعاوى قضائية جديدة أمام محكمة الأسرة، تشمل المطالبة بحقوقها الشرعية في نفقة العدة، والمتعة، ومؤخر الصداق لتتسع بذلك جبهة النزاع القانوني بين الطرفين.
ممتلكات وأرصدة
وطالبت السلطات القضائية بإجراء تحريات رسمية ومكثفة حول مصادر دخل الفنان وممتلكاته وأرصدته، لإرسال التقرير النهائي إلى محكمة الأسرة، بهدف تقدير قيمة النفقة المستحقة بشكل يتناسب مع ملاءته المالية.
The Family Court of Qasr Al-Nil ruled yesterday (Wednesday) to obligate the Egyptian artist Bayoumi Fouad to pay for housing, school expenses, and child support in three lawsuits filed by his ex-wife.
4 Lawsuits
The ex-wife of the comedic star announced last May that she was forced to file four lawsuits against him in Family Court due to “his refusal to support their child.”
She stated in press statements: “I recently obtained a ruling for educational custody of the child,” confirming that she has been solely responsible for all her son’s expenses during the past period, noting that all attempts to contain the matter and resolve the issue amicably failed, which ultimately compelled her to file the four lawsuits for school fees, housing, and custody against Fouad.
Amicable Settlement
She also indicated that attempts for an amicable settlement continued for a while, but Bayoumi confirmed his inability to meet the required obligations, which led her to resort to the courts to demand the child’s legal rights.
A few days ago, Bayoumi Fouad’s ex-wife filed three new lawsuits in Family Court, including a demand for her legal rights regarding alimony during the waiting period, compensation, and the deferred dowry, thus expanding the legal dispute between the two parties.
Assets and Balances
The judicial authorities requested to conduct official and thorough investigations into the artist’s sources of income, assets, and balances, to send the final report to the Family Court, with the aim of estimating the amount of alimony due in a manner that corresponds to his financial capacity.
