تعشقُ النجاحاتُ من يبذل قصارى جهده في سبيل الأخذ بأسبابها، والاعتناء بكل تفاصيل الطريق إليها، وإن كان التوفيق بيد الله -عزّ وجلّ- إلا أنه بعدله وفضله لا يضيع مثابرة ومبادرة ومحاولة وانطلاق من أحسن عملاً، وما حُسن العمل إلا إخلاص نيّة، وصدقُ توجّه، وإحكام خطة، ووضع التصورات، وتحويل التحديات إلى محفزات.

ولبلاد الحرمين الشريفين مع النجاح قصة، بدأت ولا تزال وستظل تتوهّج على صُعد عدة؛ منها السياسي، والاجتماعي، والقانوني، والاقتصادي، والإنساني، إلى أن تبوأت اليوم صدارة الإشادة، ونالت المراكز المتقدمة في سُلّم المعايير الدولية المعتبرة، بفضل الله ثم بعناية قيادة تعتني بشعبها وبمحيطها العربي، وبالعالم أجمع دون أي تمييز بل مساواة وأخوّة وأخلاق نابعة من كيان إيماني.

ولعلّ في ما نسمعه ونشاهده ونقرأه اليوم عن انطباعات رؤساء وبسطاء أدّوا فريضة الحج لهذا العام خير دليل على أن المملكة العربية السعودية هي مملكة النجاحات، بل والتميّز الذي نالت به عن جدارة واستحقاق كل ألقاب الفخر والاعتزاز، فهي مهوى أفئدة ملياري مسلم، وقبلة ومقصد الأشقاء والأصدقاء من كل أرجاء العالَمِين، وهي الصديق وقت الضيق، وكأنما المتنبي يعبّر عن الظاهرة السعودية عندما قال: «وإذا كانت النفوس كباراً.. تعبتْ في مرادها الأجسام».

Success loves those who exert their utmost effort to grasp its causes and pay attention to every detail of the path leading to it. While success is ultimately in the hands of God – Exalted and Majestic – His justice and grace do not let perseverance, initiative, and attempts go to waste for those who do good deeds. And what constitutes a good deed is nothing but sincerity of intention, genuine direction, a solid plan, clear visions, and turning challenges into motivators.

For the land of the Two Holy Mosques, there is a story of success that began, continues, and will remain to shine on multiple fronts; including political, social, legal, economic, and humanitarian aspects. Today, it has taken the lead in acclaim and has achieved advanced positions in the ladder of recognized international standards, thanks to God and then to the care of a leadership that looks after its people, its Arab surroundings, and the entire world without any discrimination, but rather with equality, brotherhood, and morals stemming from a faith-based essence.

Perhaps what we hear, see, and read today about the impressions of leaders and ordinary people who performed the Hajj this year is the best evidence that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a kingdom of successes, and indeed, the distinction it has earned rightfully and deservedly brings it all the titles of pride and honor. It is the heart’s desire of two billion Muslims, a destination and goal for brothers and friends from all corners of the world, and it is a friend in times of distress. It is as if Al-Mutanabbi expresses the Saudi phenomenon when he said: “And if souls are great, bodies tire in their pursuit.”
