صب بعض النقاد الرياضيين جام غضبهم على المدرب «جيسوس» عقب خسارة النصر متصدر الدوري من مستضيفه الأهلي بـ3 أهداف مقابل هدفين، في المباراة التي جمعتهما على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة، ضمن منافسات قمة الجولة الثالثة عشرة من الدوري السعودي للمحترفين (روشن السعودي)، عبر حساباتهم الرسمية في منصة «x»، ففي البداية قال الناقد الرياضي محمد الدويش: «يلوم النصراوي جيسوس وهو يتفرج على دفاع يُضرب بسهولة في كل مباراة من هجمات مرتدة ولكن لا يمكن لأي نصراوي أنْ يدافع عن كريس، وكومان، وجواو، وبروزو، الذين كانوا ضيوف شرف ورغم النقص الأهلي يخفي نجوم النصر»، وقال عبدالكريم الزامل: «جيسوس بتكتيكه لن يقود النصر لأي بطولة ما لم يتعاقد النادي مع محور ومهاجم مواليد، وعودة ساميكان، ومشاركة رونالدو يجب أن تكون مقننة ليعطي بتركيز ذهني وبدني أفضل في ظل ضغط المباريات، وأن يتخلى عن فكرة الهدف رقم ١٠٠٠ على حساب تحقيق البطولات للنصر». واختتم الصحفي فيصل القيروان: «بعد خسارة الأهلي مطالبنا واضحة على سلطان الشيخ وإقالة السكيت وسعيد وأبو داهش فوراً»، وأضاف: «بالنسبة لي هذا الثنائي أخذ فرصته ويجب رحيلهم فوراً واستمرارهم يوم واحد يتحمله هو شخصياً، وإلا مطالبنا ستلحق لتطالب بإقالته هو المسؤول الأول والأخير بالنسبة لي لما حدث هو رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية بنادي النصر سلطان الشيخ والذي يجب عليه تشكيل لجنة بالتحقيق وطرد كل من سرب للرياضية إيميل السكيت وإلا مطلبنا رحيله هو شخصياً من هذه اللحظة».
