نوه نائب أمير منطقة نجران الأمير تركي بن هذلول بن عبدالعزيز بما توليه القيادة الحكيمة من دعم واهتمام لتطوير القضاء، مثمناً الجهود الجليلة التي يقوم بها مرفق القضاء في إحقاق الحق وإرساء مبادئ العدل.
وأكد خلال استقباله في مكتبه اليوم، رئيس محكمة الاستئناف بالمنطقة الشيخ عبدالله بن سعد الدوسري، أن المملكة رسخت منذ تأسيسها على دعائم الحق والعدل والإنسانية والإنصاف في جميع أركان الدولة، وعلى وجه الخصوص الركن القضائي الذي يستند إلى الشريعة الإسلامية والأنظمة المرعية في إجراءاته وأحكامه، حيث راعى القضاء جميع حقوق المتهم في منظومة شرعية وقانونية وإنسانية متكاملة ليتحقق بذلك للمواطن والمقيم في المملكة التمتع بكامل الحقوق المكفولة له.
The Deputy Emir of Najran Region, Prince Turki bin Hadhlool bin Abdulaziz, praised the support and attention given by the wise leadership to the development of the judiciary, appreciating the noble efforts made by the judicial facility in establishing justice and upholding the principles of fairness.
During his reception today in his office of the President of the Court of Appeals in the region, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saad Al-Dosari, he affirmed that the Kingdom has been founded on the pillars of truth, justice, humanity, and fairness in all aspects of the state, particularly in the judicial sector, which is based on Islamic law and the applicable regulations in its procedures and rulings. The judiciary has taken into account all the rights of the accused within a comprehensive legal, legislative, and humanitarian framework, thereby enabling both citizens and residents in the Kingdom to enjoy all the rights guaranteed to them.
