عكست مدينة جدة مستوى متقدماً في تنظيم تجربة الجماهير خلال منافسات دور الـ16 من دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، من خلال رحلة حضور تبدأ من الوصول إلى محيط الملاعب وتنتهي بالجلوس في المدرجات، وفق آلية تشغيل سلسة تسهّل متابعة المباريات.
وساهمت خطط اللجنة المحلية المنظمة لكأس آسيا 2027 السعودية في تنظيم الوصول وتسهيل حركة الجماهير، عبر مسارات مخصصة للسيارات وأخرى للمشاة، إلى جانب توزيع البوابات بشكل يضمن سرعة الدخول، مدعومة بفرق ميدانية ومتطوعين للإرشاد والتوجيه، ما أدى إلى تقليص فترات الانتظار وتعزيز انسيابية التدفق.
وأشادت الجماهير بالتجربة السلسة للوصول إلى مدينة جدة وكذلك دخول الملاعب، إذ امتدت هذه الكفاءة داخل الملاعب من خلال تنظيم الممرات وتكامل الخدمات، مع توفير لوحات إرشادية تسهّل الوصول إلى المقاعد، إضافة إلى خدمات مساندة تعزّز من راحة الجماهير وترتقي بجودة التجربة.
ويأتي ذلك ضمن خطط الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم بالتعاون مع اللجنة المحلية المنظمة، التي عملت على تنسيق الجهود وتكامل العمليات؛ بهدف تقديم تجربة جماهيرية آمنة وسلسة وفق أعلى المعايير التنظيمية.
وتندرج هذه الجهود ضمن مسيرة تطوير مستمرة للبنية التحتية الرياضية في المملكة، التي شهدت خلال السنوات الماضية نقلات نوعية في تحديث المنشآت وتطوير إدارة الفعاليات؛ تحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
ولا تقتصر هذه التجربة على الجوانب التنظيمية، إذ تعكس نهجاً يركز على تحسين تجربة الجماهير في مختلف مراحل حضورهم، ما يؤدي إلى رفع مستوى الرضا وتعزيز الإقبال على الفعاليات الرياضية.
The city of Jeddah has reflected an advanced level in organizing the fan experience during the Round of 16 matches of the AFC Champions League, through a journey that begins from arriving at the vicinity of the stadiums and ends with sitting in the stands, according to a smooth operational mechanism that facilitates following the matches.
The plans of the local organizing committee for the 2027 AFC Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia contributed to organizing access and facilitating the movement of fans, through dedicated routes for vehicles and others for pedestrians, in addition to distributing gates in a way that ensures quick entry, supported by field teams and volunteers for guidance and direction, which led to reduced waiting times and enhanced flow efficiency.
Fans praised the smooth experience of reaching the city of Jeddah as well as entering the stadiums, as this efficiency extended inside the stadiums through organized corridors and integrated services, with the provision of directional signs that facilitate access to seats, in addition to supporting services that enhance the comfort of fans and elevate the quality of the experience.
This is part of the plans of the Asian Football Confederation in cooperation with the local organizing committee, which worked on coordinating efforts and integrating operations; with the aim of providing a safe and smooth fan experience according to the highest organizational standards.
These efforts are part of a continuous development journey for the sports infrastructure in the Kingdom, which has witnessed significant advancements in updating facilities and developing event management over the past years; achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
This experience is not limited to organizational aspects, as it reflects an approach focused on improving the fan experience at various stages of their attendance, leading to increased satisfaction and enhanced turnout for sporting events.
