كشف وزير الداخلية اليمني، اللواء الركن إبراهيم علي حيدان، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، وجود 21 خبيراً أجنبياً يعملون مع مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية، منهم 14 خبيراً من الحرس الثوري الإيراني وسبعة خبراء من حزب الله اللبناني الإرهابي.
وأوضح حيدان أن طبيعة مهام الخبراء الأجانب تكشف تطور التدخل الخارجي من التمويل والتسليح والتدريب إلى الإشراف المباشر والمشاركة في التخطيط وإدارة العمليات وبناء القدرات العسكرية للمليشيا الحوثية بالتوازي مع أنشطة سياسية وتنظيمية واجتماعية وإعلامية تستهدف ترسيخ نفوذ طويل المدى وبناء هياكل وشبكات ولاء لجعل اليمن خارج محيطه العربي.
وأشار وزير الداخلية اليمني في بيان، إلى أن هؤلاء الخبراء يتوزعون على ست محافظات يمنية (ثمانية في محافظة الحديدة وأربعة في محافظة صنعاء وأربعة في محافظة صعدة واثنين في محافظة حجة واثنين في محافظة عمران وواحد في الخوخة)، لافتاً إلى أن تخصصات الخبراء تشمل إدارة العمليات والقيادة والسيطرة، والصواريخ الباليستية والطيران المسيّر، ومنظومات الرصد والاتصالات والحرب الإلكترونية، وشبكات الإمداد وتهريب المكونات العسكرية، إلى جانب تنسيق العمليات البحرية واختيار أهداف السفن التجارية، وتطوير الزوارق المفخخة وهندسة الغواصات ذاتية الحركة، وتدريب العناصر على زراعة الألغام والتكتيكات العسكرية لحصار وحرب المدن.
وأكد حيدان أن هذه القائمة يقودها عسكري من الحرس الثوري ويظهر أمام الكاميرا بأنه سفير لدولة تدعي أنها تحترم القانون الدولي، ومشرف عام على العمليات ومستشار استراتيجي ومدير غرفة العمليات المشتركة وضباط برتب كبيرة ومتوسطة متخصصون بورش المسيّرات والصواريخ الذكية والباليستية وخبراء بحريون ومتخصصون بالرادارات والاتصالات والحرب الإلكترونية، لافتاً إلى أن هذه القائمة ليست بعثة تدريب، بل إنها هيئة أركان مكتملة.
وحذّر اللواء حيدان من أن هذه الأنشطة تهدد أمن المنطقة وأرواح البحارة وحرية الملاحة في باب المندب والبحر الأحمر، وخطوط التجارة وإمدادات الطاقة، كما تنذر بانتقال الخبرات والتكنولوجيا العسكرية إلى جماعات إرهابية أخرى تتشارك معها بالأيديولوجية المتطرفة، مشدداً على أهمية تصنيف المليشيا منظمة إرهابية من قبل المجتمع الدولي، وتفكيك شبكات تمويلها وتسليحها، وتطبيق حظر الأسلحة المقرر بموجب قراري مجلس الأمن (2216) و(2624).
وأضاف حيدان: أن ما يملكه الحوثي من القرار هو الميكرفون، حيث إن القرار يكتب في طهران ويعلن في صنعاء، ويدفع ثمنه في تعز والحديدة وبقية المحافظات الملتهبة.
وأفاد أن الحصار الذي تفرضه المليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية على تعز يمثل أحد نتائج هذا الوجود والدعم من قبل خبراء الحرس الثوري الإيراني وحزب الله اللبناني الإرهابي وهو أحد شواهد الوجود والتدخل السافر ودعم الأذرع بالمنطقة، ما يجعل العالم الحر أمام مسؤولية لوقف هذه التدخلات والأعمال الخبيثة.
وأوضح حيدان أن اليمنيين، وفي مقدمتهم أبناء المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة المليشيا، يدفعون كلفة هذا التدخل من أرواح أبنائهم وأمنهم ومواردهم، كما أن هذا الوجود الخبيث يقوض الأمن الإقليمي والدولي من خلال تزويد المليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية بالأسلحة النوعية والمعرفة الدقيقة لصناعة وتجميع مكونات الصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيرة وصواريخ (كروز) والقوارب السريعة المفخخة وجعل اليمن حقلاً للتجارب لتطوير الأسلحة ودقتها وتأثيراتها.
وخاطب الوزير أبناء الشعب اليمني بالقول: إلى شعبنا في مناطق سيطرة مليشيا الحوثي إن هذه الحرب التي يسوقكم إليها الحوثي تحت مزاعم نصرة فلسطين ليست حربكم بل إن الحوثي هو الذي يعلنها فقط وأن من يكتبها هي إيران وأنتم تدفعون ثمنها، مشيداً بيقظة رجال الأمن والجهود التي تبذلها الأجهزة الأمنية في رصد التهديدات ومتابعة الأنشطة والشبكات المرتبطة بالمليشيا.
وثمّن وزير الداخلية اليمني تضحيات وتعاون القوات المسلحة والأجهزة المختصة في حماية الجبهة الداخلية وتعزيز أمن المواطنين واستقرارهم، ومؤكداً استمرار وزارة الداخلية في أداء مهامها، ومساندة الجهود الوطنية ضمن عملية «فجر اليمن» لاستعادة مؤسسات الدولة وعاصمتها صنعاء، دفاعاً عن اليمن وسيادته وأمن أبنائه.
The Yemeni Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Ali Haidan, revealed today (Tuesday) the presence of 21 foreign experts working with the Houthi terrorist militia, including 14 experts from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and seven experts from the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah.
Haidan explained that the nature of the foreign experts’ tasks reveals the evolution of external intervention from funding, armament, and training to direct supervision and participation in planning and managing operations, as well as building the military capabilities of the Houthi militia in parallel with political, organizational, social, and media activities aimed at entrenching long-term influence and establishing loyalty structures and networks to make Yemen outside its Arab surroundings.
The Yemeni Minister of Interior noted in a statement that these experts are distributed across six Yemeni governorates (eight in Al Hudaydah, four in Sana’a, four in Saada, two in Hajjah, two in Amran, and one in Al Khawkhah), pointing out that the experts’ specialties include operations management, command and control, ballistic missiles, drones, monitoring and communication systems, electronic warfare, supply networks, and smuggling military components, in addition to coordinating maritime operations and selecting targets for commercial ships, developing explosive boats, engineering self-propelled submarines, and training personnel on mine planting and military tactics for siege and urban warfare.
Haidan confirmed that this list is led by a military officer from the Revolutionary Guard who appears on camera as an ambassador of a country that claims to respect international law, and is a general supervisor of operations, a strategic advisor, and the director of the joint operations room, along with officers of high and medium ranks specialized in drone workshops, smart and ballistic missiles, maritime experts, and specialists in radars, communications, and electronic warfare, emphasizing that this list is not a training mission, but rather a complete staff.
Major General Haidan warned that these activities threaten the security of the region, the lives of sailors, and the freedom of navigation in Bab al-Mandab and the Red Sea, as well as trade routes and energy supplies. He also warned of the transfer of military expertise and technology to other terrorist groups that share the same extremist ideology, stressing the importance of classifying the militia as a terrorist organization by the international community, dismantling its funding and arming networks, and enforcing the arms embargo stipulated by Security Council Resolutions (2216) and (2624).
Haidan added that what the Houthis possess in decision-making is the microphone, as decisions are written in Tehran and announced in Sana’a, with the price being paid in Taiz, Al Hudaydah, and other volatile governorates.
He stated that the siege imposed by the Houthi terrorist militia on Taiz represents one of the results of this presence and support from Iranian Revolutionary Guard experts and the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah, which is one of the manifestations of blatant interference and support for proxies in the region, making the free world responsible for stopping these interventions and malicious actions.
Haidan clarified that Yemenis, especially those in areas under the militia’s control, are paying the price of this intervention with the lives of their children, their security, and their resources, noting that this malignant presence undermines regional and international security by providing the Houthi terrorist militia with advanced weapons and precise knowledge for manufacturing and assembling components of ballistic missiles, drones, cruise missiles, and explosive speedboats, turning Yemen into a testing ground for developing weapons, their accuracy, and their impacts.
Addressing the Yemeni people, the minister said: “To our people in the areas under Houthi control, this war that the Houthis are leading you into under the pretext of supporting Palestine is not your war; rather, the Houthis are the ones declaring it, and it is Iran that writes it, while you are paying the price.” He praised the vigilance of security personnel and the efforts made by security agencies in monitoring threats and tracking activities and networks linked to the militia.
The Yemeni Minister of Interior appreciated the sacrifices and cooperation of the armed forces and relevant agencies in protecting the internal front and enhancing the security and stability of citizens, affirming the Ministry of Interior’s continued performance of its duties and support for national efforts within the “Dawn of Yemen” operation to restore state institutions and its capital, Sana’a, in defense of Yemen, its sovereignty, and the security of its people.
