التحالف الإسلامي يدشن في إسلام أباد برنامج «إدماج» لذوي الفكر المتطرف

دشّن التحالف الإسلامي العسكري لمحاربة الإرهاب، اليوم، مبادرة التأهيل والإدماج الاجتماعي لذوي الفكر المتطرف والسلوك الإرهابي في العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام أباد، بحضور وزير الدفاع في جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية خواجة محمد آصف، والأمين العام للتحالف الإسلامي العسكري لمحاربة الإرهاب اللواء الطيار الركن محمد المغيدي، وبمشاركة عدد من القيادات العسكرية والأمنية والفكرية والدبلوماسية.
وأكد الأمين العام للتحالف الإسلامي أن مبادرة «إدماج» تمثل إحدى الركائز الأساسية في منظومة عمل التحالف في المجال الفكري، مشيراً إلى أن التحالف يولي برامج التأهيل وإعادة الإدماج أهمية بالغة بوصفها خط الدفاع الأول في مواجهة الفكر المتطرف.
وأفاد أن معالجة التطرف لا تقتصر على الجوانب الأمنية والعسكرية فحسب، بل تتطلب مقاربات فكرية واجتماعية متكاملة، تسهم في إعادة بناء الوعي، وتأهيل الأفراد، وإعادة إدماجهم في مجتمعاتهم بشكل إيجابي ومستدام. منوهاً بالمبادرة التي تهدف إلى تعزيز القدرات في سياق إعادة بناء الحياة الطبيعية مرة أخرى للمتورطين في جرائم الإرهاب، وانتشالهم فكرياً ونفسياً واجتماعياً من بؤرة وَوَهم جماعات التطرف والإرهاب، وتحويلهم إلى أعضاء فاعلين في أسرهم ومجتمعاتهم مرة أخرى، والحيلولة دون استمرارهم في خدمة مآرب ونزوات قيادات الإرهاب وجماعاته، بتسهيل عودتهم لخدمة أوطانهم في مختلف المجالات الإنسانية، ومساعدتهم على الاستمرار في ذلك النهج.
التزام بتعزيز التعاون الدولي
من جانبه ثمّن وزير الدفاع الباكستاني، في كلمته، جهود التحالف الإسلامي العسكري لمحاربة الإرهاب، مشيداً بالشراكة القائمة مع باكستان في مجال محاربة التطرف والإرهاب. مؤكداً أن استضافة باكستان لمبادرة «إدماج» تعكس التزامها بتعزيز التعاون الدولي، وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات التأهيل الفكري وإعادة الإدماج، وأن المعالجة الشاملة للتطرف، تجمع بين البعد الأمني والفكري والاجتماعي، هي السبيل الأنجع لتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار المستدامين.
وأوضح أن التأهيل وإعادة الإدماج يمثلان ركيزتين أساسيتين في أي إستراتيجية شاملة لمحاربة الإرهاب، إذ يعالجان البعد الإنساني للنزاع من خلال مراحل متدرجة تبدأ بفك الارتباط بالعنف، مروراً بالتعافي النفسي، وتصحيح المفاهيم الفكرية، وتنمية المهارات، وصولاً إلى إعادة الإدماج المجتمعي. مشيراً إلى أن السلام لا يتحقق فقط بالقضاء على الإرهابيين، بل يتحقق بإعادة بناء حياة الأفراد، واستعادة الثقة، وتعزيز الروابط بين الدولة والمجتمع.
The Islamic Military Alliance to Combat Terrorism launched today the initiative for the rehabilitation and social integration of individuals with extremist thoughts and terrorist behaviors in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, in the presence of the Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, and the Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Alliance to Combat Terrorism, Lieutenant General Pilot Rukun Muhammad Al-Mughaidi, along with the participation of several military, security, intellectual, and diplomatic leaders.
The Secretary-General of the Islamic Alliance confirmed that the “Integration” initiative represents one of the fundamental pillars in the alliance’s operational framework in the intellectual field, noting that the alliance places great importance on rehabilitation and reintegration programs as the first line of defense against extremist thought.
He stated that addressing extremism is not limited to security and military aspects alone, but requires comprehensive intellectual and social approaches that contribute to rebuilding awareness, rehabilitating individuals, and positively and sustainably reintegrating them into their communities. He highlighted the initiative aimed at enhancing capacities in the context of rebuilding normal life for those involved in terrorist crimes, rescuing them intellectually, psychologically, and socially from the grip and delusions of extremist and terrorist groups, and transforming them into active members of their families and communities once again, while preventing them from continuing to serve the agendas and whims of terrorist leaders and their groups, by facilitating their return to serve their countries in various humanitarian fields and helping them continue on that path.
Commitment to Enhancing International Cooperation
For his part, the Pakistani Minister of Defense praised, in his speech, the efforts of the Islamic Military Alliance to Combat Terrorism, commending the existing partnership with Pakistan in the fight against extremism and terrorism. He affirmed that Pakistan’s hosting of the “Integration” initiative reflects its commitment to enhancing international cooperation and exchanging experiences in the fields of intellectual rehabilitation and reintegration, and that a comprehensive approach to extremism, which combines security, intellectual, and social dimensions, is the most effective way to achieve sustainable security and stability.
He explained that rehabilitation and reintegration are two essential pillars in any comprehensive strategy to combat terrorism, as they address the human dimension of conflict through gradual stages that begin with disengagement from violence, moving through psychological recovery, correcting intellectual concepts, developing skills, and culminating in community reintegration. He pointed out that peace is not achieved merely by eliminating terrorists, but by rebuilding individuals’ lives, restoring trust, and strengthening the bonds between the state and society.
