أكّد وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية بندر بن إبراهيم الخريف أن رحلة المستثمر الصناعي أصبحت اليوم واقعًا رقميًا متكاملًا بفضل تكامل منظومة العمل الحكومي وتوظيف الأدوات التقنية الحديثة، مبينًا أن منصة «صناعي» تمكّن المستثمر من إنجاز جميع إجراءاته إلكترونيًا عبر منصة موحدة، مؤكداً أن الوزارة تتابع هذه الرحلة بشكل مباشر لضمان سلاسة الإجراءات وتقديم تجربة استثمارية متكاملة تعكس نضج البيئة الصناعية في المملكة.
جاء ذلك خلال مشاركته في جلسة حوارية بعنوان «نحو الريادة العالمية.. الابتكار والذكاء الاصطناعي في الحكومة الرقمية»، ضمن أعمال ملتقى الحكومة الرقمية الرابع، الذي نظمته هيئة الحكومة الرقمية في الرياض، بحضور عدد من الوزراء وقادة القطاعين العام والخاص.
وأوضح «الخريف» خلال حديثه في الجلسة، أن الاستثمار في التقنيات الجديدة يُعد ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التحول الصناعي وتسريع نمو القطاع الصناعي في المملكة، مشيرًا إلى أن تبنّي الحلول المبتكرة يمثل الطريق نحو تعزيز تنافسية الصناعة السعودية وتحقيق المستهدفات الوطنية.
وبيّن أن منظومة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية تعمل على ترسيخ ثقافة صناعية قائمة على التقنية والابتكار، موضحًا أن برنامج «مصانع المستقبل» الذي يستهدف تحويل أربعة آلاف مصنع إلى مصانع مؤتمتة يجسّد هذا التوجه من خلال التعاون مع القطاع الخاص وعدد من الشركات العالمية.
وأضاف أن قطاع التعدين السعودي يشهد قفزة رقمية نوعية من خلال رقمنة البيانات الجيولوجية وتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحديد مواقع المعادن وتشغيل المناجم، لافتًا إلى أن منجم «منصورة ومسرة» يُعد أول منجم رقمي متكامل في الشرق الأوسط.
وفي سياق متصل، أعلن وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية إطلاق «منصة الخدمات الرقمية للمصدّرين» التابعة لهيئة تنمية الصادرات السعودية، التي تهدف إلى توحيد خدمات التصدير الحكومية تحت مظلة رقمية واحدة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الإجراءات، وتسهيل رحلة المصدّر، وتسريع نمو الصادرات الوطنية.
واختتم «الخريف» بالتأكيد أن التحول الرقمي في منظومة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية يُجسّد التزام الوزارة ببناء اقتصاد صناعي متنوع ومستدام، يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ويعزّز الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص لتحقيق التنمية الصناعية المتكاملة.
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, confirmed that the journey of the industrial investor has become a fully integrated digital reality today, thanks to the integration of the government work system and the employment of modern technological tools. He indicated that the “Sina’i” platform enables investors to complete all their procedures electronically through a unified platform, emphasizing that the ministry is directly monitoring this journey to ensure smooth procedures and provide a comprehensive investment experience that reflects the maturity of the industrial environment in the Kingdom.
This came during his participation in a panel discussion titled “Towards Global Leadership… Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in Digital Government,” as part of the activities of the Fourth Digital Government Forum, organized by the Digital Government Authority in Riyadh, with the attendance of several ministers and leaders from the public and private sectors.
Al-Khorayef explained during his speech in the session that investment in new technologies is a fundamental pillar for achieving industrial transformation and accelerating the growth of the industrial sector in the Kingdom, pointing out that adopting innovative solutions represents the way to enhance the competitiveness of Saudi industry and achieve national objectives.
He clarified that the industrial and mineral resources system is working to establish an industrial culture based on technology and innovation, noting that the “Factories of the Future” program, which aims to transform four thousand factories into automated factories, embodies this direction through collaboration with the private sector and several global companies.
He added that the Saudi mining sector is witnessing a qualitative digital leap through the digitization of geological data and the employment of artificial intelligence technologies in identifying mineral locations and operating mines, pointing out that the “Mansourah and Massarah” mine is the first fully integrated digital mine in the Middle East.
In a related context, the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources announced the launch of the “Digital Services Platform for Exporters” affiliated with the Saudi Export Development Authority, which aims to unify government export services under one digital umbrella, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of procedures, facilitating the exporter’s journey, and accelerating the growth of national exports.
Al-Khorayef concluded by affirming that the digital transformation in the industrial and mineral resources system embodies the ministry’s commitment to building a diverse and sustainable industrial economy that aligns with the objectives of Vision 2030 and enhances the partnership between the public and private sectors to achieve integrated industrial development.
