اعتمد وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني 12 تعييناً في عدد من المناصب القيادية والإشرافية بالوزارة، ضمن جهودها لتعزيز النضج المؤسسي، وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية المؤهلة، وتوسيع قاعدة القيادات القادرة على مواصلة مسيرة التطوير ورفع كفاءة الأداء.
وتأتي هذه التعيينات امتداداً لنهج الوزارة في الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري، وإتاحة الفرص للكفاءات الوطنية لتولي الأدوار القيادية والتخصصية، بما يعزز النضج المؤسسي، ويرفع جودة الخدمات العدلية، ويدعم تحقيق مستهدفات الوزارة في التطوير المؤسسي.
كما تعكس التعيينات اهتمام الوزارة ببناء قيادات مؤهلة في مختلف المجالات العدلية والتنظيمية والتشغيلية، والاستفادة من الخبرات الوطنية المتخصصة، بما يعزز كفاءة الأعمال، ويرسخ ثقافة التميز، ويدعم جاهزية المنظومة العدلية لمواصلة التطوير.
وشملت التعيينات تعيين سامي الحقباني وكيلاً مساعداً للشؤون القضائية، ومحمد العمري وكيلاً مساعداً للأنظمة والتعاون الدولي، والدكتور محمد طوهري وكيلاً مساعداً للتنفيذ، والدكتور تركي الخثلان وكيلاً مساعداً للتوثيق، وعبدالله المجيش وكيلاً مساعداً للخدمات المشتركة، وعبدالرحمن العمري وكيلاً مساعداً للموارد، وعثمان الزهراني وكيلاً مساعداً للتطوير والأداء، ومحمد الفوزان مساعداً للمشرف العام على مكتب الوزير، كما شملت تعيين شيخة الطيار مديراً لمركز تدقيق الدعاوى، ونورة الحصين مديراً لمركز تهيئة الدعاوى، وهيلة بن الأمير نائباً لمدير مركز تدقيق الدعاوى، وسمية الجاسر نائباً لمدير مركز تهيئة الدعاوى.
وأكدت الوزارة أن تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية وإعداد القيادات المستقبلية يمثّل أحد الممكنات الرئيسة لتعزيز كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، وترسيخ ثقافة التميز، وضمان استمرارية التطوير، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, has approved 12 appointments to various leadership and supervisory positions within the ministry, as part of its efforts to enhance institutional maturity, empower qualified national competencies, and expand the base of leadership capable of continuing the development journey and improving performance efficiency.
These appointments are an extension of the ministry’s approach to investing in human capital and providing opportunities for national competencies to take on leadership and specialized roles, which enhances institutional maturity, improves the quality of judicial services, and supports the achievement of the ministry’s goals in institutional development.
The appointments also reflect the ministry’s interest in building qualified leadership in various judicial, organizational, and operational fields, and benefiting from specialized national expertise, which enhances work efficiency, reinforces a culture of excellence, and supports the readiness of the judicial system to continue development.
The appointments included Sami Al-Haqbani as Assistant Undersecretary for Judicial Affairs, Mohammed Al-Omari as Assistant Undersecretary for Systems and International Cooperation, Dr. Mohammed Tawhari as Assistant Undersecretary for Execution, Dr. Turki Al-Khuthlan as Assistant Undersecretary for Documentation, Abdullah Al-Mujish as Assistant Undersecretary for Shared Services, Abdulrahman Al-Omari as Assistant Undersecretary for Resources, Othman Al-Zahrani as Assistant Undersecretary for Development and Performance, and Mohammed Al-Fawzan as Assistant to the General Supervisor of the Minister’s Office. The appointments also included Sheikha Al-Tayyar as Director of the Litigation Audit Center, Nora Al-Hussein as Director of the Litigation Preparation Center, Haila bin Al-Amir as Deputy Director of the Litigation Audit Center, and Sumaya Al-Jasser as Deputy Director of the Litigation Preparation Center.
The ministry emphasized that empowering national competencies and preparing future leaders represents one of the key enablers to enhance institutional performance efficiency, establish a culture of excellence, and ensure the continuity of development, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
