تعبر بعض الدول عن تضامنها ودعمها لأمن واستقرار دول الخليج العربية، لكنها في الوقت نفسه، تقدم الدعم لمن يعملون على تقويض هذا الأمن والاستقرار، وهذا يجعل بيانات حكوماتها وتصريحات مسؤوليها أقرب إلى النفاق السياسي، البعيد عن واقع المصالح المشتركة !
جميع الدول التي تدعم وتساند الطرف المعتدي في الأزمة الحالية ترتبط بمصالح اقتصادية وسياسية لا يمكن تجاهلها مع دول الخليج العربية، ولا ينبغي لها أن تطمئن إلى صبر الحكومات الخليجية على المواقف المزدوجة، في الوقت الذي تتعرض فيه مطاراتها ومنشآتها المدنية والاقتصادية للاستهداف والتدمير !
من حق دول الخليج العربية وشعوبها، أن تحصل على مواقف واضحة وصادقة من هذه الدول، وأن تبرهن على عدم تقديم أي مساعدة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تمكّن المعتدي من عدوانه وإصابة أهدافه. فالحوثي، الذي كان يرسل لنا صواريخ الخردة، أصبح اليوم يملك قدرات لا يمكن أن يمتلكها أو يصنعها أو يطورها بقدراته الذاتية، وبالتالي فهي قدرات لم تهبط عليه من السماء أو بدعاء «السيد» !
لقد كنت في الطائرة أنتظر إقلاع رحلتي عندما أصاب صاروخ حوثي طائرة متوقفة عند إحدى بوابات السفر بمطار الملك خالد، وكانت الفكرة المفزعة الأولى التي سيطرت على تفكيري وتفكير جميع الناس، وأنا أنظر عبر النافذة للدخان المتصاعد: هل كانت الطائرة تحمل ركابها ؟ لأن ذلك يعني وقوع مجزرة، وكون لطف الله أن الركاب لم يصعدوا إلى الطائرة بعد، لا يعفي المعتدي من إثم جريمته البشعة التي ذهب ضحيتها بعض طاقم الطائرة، ولا كل من ساهم في امتلاكه القدرة على ارتكابها !
يجب أن يدرك كل من يساهم في دعم الحوثي، أنه لا يملك رفاهية الاحتفاظ بمصالحه الاقتصادية مع دول الخليج مقابل ثرثرة التصريحات وبيانات الحبر والورق، في الوقت الذي يعزز فيه قدرات الحوثي ومن يدعم الحوثي !
باختصار.. يجب اتخاذ موقف خليجي حازم وموحد، من كل من يعزز قدرات استهداف منشآتها المدنية والاقتصادية ويهدد أرواح مواطنيها ومقيميها، فالأزمة الحالية بحاجة إلى المواقف الواضحة، وليس إلى المراوغات السياسية !
Some countries express their solidarity and support for the security and stability of the Gulf Arab states, but at the same time, they provide support to those who work to undermine this security and stability. This makes the statements of their governments and the remarks of their officials closer to political hypocrisy, far from the reality of shared interests!
All the countries that support and back the aggressor in the current crisis are linked by economic and political interests that cannot be ignored with the Gulf Arab states. They should not be reassured by the patience of the Gulf governments regarding their double standards, especially when their airports and civil and economic facilities are under attack and destruction!
The Gulf Arab states and their peoples have the right to receive clear and honest positions from these countries, and to demonstrate that they do not provide any direct or indirect assistance that enables the aggressor to carry out his aggression and achieve his targets. The Houthis, who used to send us scrap missiles, now possess capabilities that they cannot own, manufacture, or develop by their own means. Therefore, these capabilities did not fall from the sky or come from the prayers of the “master”!
I was on the plane waiting for my flight to take off when a Houthi missile struck a plane parked at one of the travel gates at King Khalid Airport. The first terrifying thought that dominated my mind and the minds of everyone around me, as I looked through the window at the rising smoke, was: Did the plane have passengers on board? Because that would mean a massacre. The fact that by God’s grace the passengers had not boarded the plane yet does not absolve the aggressor from the sin of his heinous crime that claimed the lives of some of the plane’s crew, nor does it absolve anyone who contributed to giving him the ability to commit it!
Everyone who contributes to supporting the Houthis must realize that they do not have the luxury of maintaining their economic interests with the Gulf states in exchange for empty statements and ink and paper declarations, while at the same time enhancing the capabilities of the Houthis and those who support them!
In short, a firm and unified Gulf stance must be taken against anyone who enhances the capabilities to target its civil and economic facilities and threatens the lives of its citizens and residents. The current crisis requires clear positions, not political evasions!
