ففي البداية قال الإعلامي محمد البكيري: «إدارة شركة نادي الاتحاد بقيادة المهندس فهد سندي أغرقت فريق الاتحاد بطل الدوري والكأس الموسم الماضي، في جملة قرارات خاطئة أو كارثية، نتيجة مكابرة، دون تراجع أو اعتراف بها أو حتى اعتذار لجمهور النادي، وهو يرى فريقه البطل ينهار تدريجياً». وأضاف: «استدراك الإدارة جاء متأخراً، وهي تستدير لاستخدام ورقة نجومية عمالقة النادي السابقين، القائد الأسطوري محمد نور وأحد أفضل مدافعي آسيا حمد المنتشري، وهو توجه لإنقاذ نفسها من ضعف قرارها في اقتلاع المشكلة الحقيقية المتمثلة في المدرب كونسيساو، الذي أفقد الفريق هويته وخلق أجواء مسمومة في غرفة الملابس»، مشيراً إلى أن قبول نور والمنتشري لهذه المهمة الانتحارية يُعد شجاعة منهما، في وقت يحتاج فيه فريق بحجم الاتحاد إلى من يعمل خارج صندوق إدارة أضاعت ثقة عشاق العميد منذ استلامها زمام الأمور.
ما صلاحياتهما؟
فيما استبعد عادل الشريف، نجاح الثنائي في هذه المهمة الصعبة، إذ قال: «حسب رأيي تواجد حمد ونور مستشارين لرئيس النادي غير مجدٍ في ظل استمرار المدرب مع الفريق، وإذا لم تكن لديهما صلاحيات واضحة، فما هي النتائج المرجوة من وجودهما؟ الحماس والتحفيز وبث الروح، مع وجود أكثر من 10 لاعبين أجانب، قد لا يكون ذا تأثير حقيقي».
غربلة شاملة
كشف فهد المحياوي، أن فريق الاتحاد بحاجة لغربله شاملة ووجود الثنائي قد يكون له تأثير معنوي ونفسي على الفريق خلال الفترة القادمة، لكن في حال فشل التجربة فإن اللوم لا يقع عليهما؛ لأن الأمور لم تكن جيدة منذ البداية بسبب سوء عمل الإدارة منذ الصيف الماضي.
تراجع التأثير الفني
وقال مشاري الذكرالله: «مع تطور الرياضة، أصبحت الأسماء المحلية لا تجدي نفعاً بالشكل المطلوب، وليس تقليلاً من نور والمنتشري، لكن هذه المناصب تحتاج إلى قيادة وخبرات واسعة، وليس كل من نجح لاعباً يستطيع أن يكمل نفس المسيرة إدارياً. وأضاف: «هناك أسماء قوية لها باع طويل في مجالس الإدارات مستشارين، وأرى أن القرار غير صائب، خصوصاً أن معظم الأندية تمتلك عدداً كبيراً من اللاعبين الأجانب، بينما تراجع التأثير الفني للاعب السعودي، ما قد يجعل حلقة التواصل ضعيفة بين الثنائي والإدارة الفنية، ومع ذلك نتمنى لهما التوفيق».
لا خلاف على نور والمنتشري

أشاد يوسف عبدالله، بالخطوة المتأخرة التي قامت بها إدارة النادي باستقطاب نور والمنتشري، وقال: «استقطاب لاعبين ذوي مكانة وتاريخ داخل الطاقم الإداري، وقريبين من اللاعبين، أمر إيجابي جداً، بل وكان من المفترض أن يتم منذ فترة؛ لأن اللاعبين يحتاجون لمن ينقل لهم مشاعر الجمهور وإرث النادي، وهناك أمثلة عالمية عديدة لنجاح هذه الفكرة في الأندية الكبرى».
