تسخّر المملكة كافة إمكاناتها وجهودها البشرية والرقمية والمالية واللوجستية، لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، بدءاً من أفراد مؤهلين يعملون بحُبٍّ ودأب على مدار الساعة، لتوفير ما يلزم من أمن وسلامة وصحة، وليس انتهاءً بالمؤسسات الحكومية، من فروع وزارات، وهيئات، وإدارات، وقطاع أهلي وقطاع غير ربحي، مروراً بالمبادرات والشراكات التي تسهم بها مؤسسات الطوافة، والهلال الأحمر، والزمازمة، والأمانة في العاصمة المقدسة، والموظفون الأمنيون والمدنيون والمتطوعون.
ويشعر الراصد لهذا التكامل المهيب أن الكيان الوطني السعودي يتشرّف بكل طاقاته، ويبذل قصارى الجهد في العناية براحة الحجاج وسلامتهم، وأن يعودوا إلى أوطانهم سالمين آمنين، وما ذلك إلا ابتغاء مرضاة رب العالمين، ثم استشعاراً للأمانة التي أولاها الله قيادتنا السعودية المعنية بما فيه صلاح الإسلام والمسلمين؛ وتعمل الدولة بمنظومة متكاملة، لتنظيم وإدارة الحشود بخبرات وكوادر شابة تباشر تقديم الخدمات الأمنية، الصحية، والتقنية، لضمان أداء المناسك بيسر وطمأنينة.
ويسهم الكشافة والمتطوعون في الخدمات الميدانية، ومنها إرشاد التائهين، ونقل كبار السن، والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بواسطة العربات الكهربائية، فيما غدت معظم أحدث التقنيات حاضرة لإدارة الحشود وتفويج الحجاج لضمان السلامة والسيولة في التنقل.
ولا يغيب عن ذهن منصف ما شهده الحرمان من توسعة، وتهيئة للحجاج والمعتمرين والزائرين؛ فيما تعمل وزارة الحج والعمرة بكفاءة عالية، وبتنسيق مع شؤون الحرمين؛ لتأمين كل ما يلزم الحاج والمعتمر، من ثقافة دينية وتاريخية، وأخلاقية تسهم في ترسيخ قيم التسامح والاعتدال وتأصيل مبادئ الأخوّة الإسلامية في أجواء إيمانية عنوانها التراحم، وفضاء روحاني لا نظير له «والله يختص برحمته من يشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم».
The Kingdom harnesses all its human, digital, financial, and logistical resources and efforts to serve the guests of الرحمن, starting with qualified individuals who work with love and diligence around the clock to provide the necessary security, safety, and health, and not ending with government institutions, including branches of ministries, agencies, administrations, the private sector, and the non-profit sector, along with initiatives and partnerships contributed by the pilgrimage institutions, the Red Crescent, the Zamzam water providers, and the secretariat in the holy capital, as well as security and civilian employees and volunteers.
The observer of this magnificent integration feels that the Saudi national entity is honored by all its capabilities and exerts its utmost effort in caring for the comfort and safety of the pilgrims, ensuring that they return to their homelands safe and secure, all in pursuit of the pleasure of the Lord of the worlds, and in recognition of the trust that God has bestowed upon our Saudi leadership concerning what is in the interest of Islam and Muslims; the state operates with a comprehensive system to organize and manage crowds with young expertise and personnel who provide security, health, and technical services to ensure that the rituals are performed with ease and tranquility.
Scouts and volunteers contribute to field services, including guiding the lost, transporting the elderly, and individuals with disabilities using electric carts, while most of the latest technologies are present to manage crowds and facilitate the movement of pilgrims to ensure safety and fluidity in transportation.
It is not lost on the fair-minded what has been witnessed in the Two Holy Mosques in terms of expansion and preparation for pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors; the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah works with high efficiency and in coordination with the affairs of the Two Holy Mosques to secure everything necessary for the pilgrim and Umrah performer, from religious and historical culture to ethics that contribute to instilling values of tolerance and moderation and rooting the principles of Islamic brotherhood in a faith-filled atmosphere characterized by compassion, and a spiritual space like no other, “And Allah selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the Possessor of great bounty.”
