أفادت وسائل إعلام إيرانية رسمية بأن قائد الجيش الباكستاني عاصم منير غادر طهران اليوم (السبت) بعدما عقد اجتماعاً ثانياً مع وزير الخارجية عباس عراقجي.
وأبلغ كبير المفاوضين الإيرانيين محمد باقر قاليباف قائد الجيش الباكستاني بأن القيادة الإيرانية «لن تتنازل عن حقوق أمتنا وبلدنا».
وأضاف أن القوات المسلحة الإيرانية أعادت بناء قدراتها خلال وقف إطلاق النار. فيما نقل التلفزيون الرسمي الإيراني عن المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية إسماعيل بقائي قوله: «إن الفجوات واسعة في المفاوضات مع واشنطن».
وكانت مصادر مطلعة كشفت أن الوسيط الباكستاني تمكن من تجاوز عقدة الملف النووي الإيراني في المفاوضات الصعبة بين واشنطن وطهران.
وأفادت المصادر بأن القضايا التي لم تحسم حتى الآن بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران تتمثل في: وقف الحرب في لبنان، إنهاء الحصار الأمريكي على الموانئ الإيرانية، انسحاب الحشود العسكرية من المنطقة، وهو ما تشترطه إيران لفتح مضيق هرمز، والذهاب لجولة مفاوضات تحت سقف 30 يوماً.
وتطالب طهران برفع الحظر عن الأرصدة المالية بنسبة أكبر من المعروضة عليها حالياً، وهي 25%.
وأضافت المصادر أن الحرس الثوري الإيراني «متشدد» في مواقفه، بشأن التوصل لاتفاق حول هذه القضايا.
واعتبرت أن هناك خلافاً شديداً بين الحكومة والحرس الثوري حول ما تطالب به إيران، فالأخير متشدد ولا يقبل بأي مساومة حول هذه المطالب، أما الحكومة بقيادة الرئيس مسعود بزشكيان فتميل لقبول العرض المقدم لإيران من الوسطاء.
والتقى رئيس أركان الجيش الباكستاني عاصم منير مساء الجمعة وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي في طهران.
ويزور منير طهران للتشاور وتبادل وجهات النظر مع المسؤولين الإيرانيين. ووفقاً لوكالة أنباء «إرنا» الإيرانية، عقد اجتماعاً مع عراقجي استمر حتى وقت متأخر من ليل الجمعة.
وأعلنت إدارة العلاقات العامة بالجيش الباكستاني، في بيان مقتضب مساء الجمعة، أن زيارة منير «جزء من جهود الوساطة الجارية»، التي تقودها إسلام آباد.
وكانت مصادر أمنية باكستانية ذكرت لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د ب أ) أن الزيارة كانت مقررة الخميس، لكن منير انتظر الضوء الأخضر من الجانب الإيراني بشأن إمكانية التوصل إلى اتفاق أولي بشكل واقعي.
Iranian state media reported that the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, Asim Munir, left Tehran today (Saturday) after holding a second meeting with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
The chief Iranian negotiator, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, informed the Pakistani army chief that the Iranian leadership “will not concede our nation’s and country’s rights.”
He added that the Iranian armed forces have rebuilt their capabilities during the ceasefire. Meanwhile, Iranian state television quoted the spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baqaei, as saying: “There are wide gaps in the negotiations with Washington.”
Informed sources revealed that the Pakistani mediator managed to overcome the deadlock regarding the Iranian nuclear file in the difficult negotiations between Washington and Tehran.
Sources indicated that the unresolved issues between the United States and Iran include: ending the war in Lebanon, lifting the American blockade on Iranian ports, withdrawing military forces from the region, which Iran conditions for opening the Strait of Hormuz, and proceeding to a round of negotiations within a 30-day framework.
Tehran demands a lifting of the sanctions on financial assets at a rate higher than the 25% currently offered to them.
Additionally, the sources stated that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is “hardline” in its positions regarding reaching an agreement on these issues.
They noted that there is a significant disagreement between the government and the Revolutionary Guard regarding Iran’s demands, with the latter being hardline and unwilling to accept any compromise on these demands, while the government led by President Masoud Bezhakian tends to accept the offer presented to Iran by the mediators.
On Friday evening, the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, Asim Munir, met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Tehran.
Munir is visiting Tehran for consultations and to exchange views with Iranian officials. According to the Iranian news agency “IRNA,” he held a meeting with Araghchi that lasted until late Friday night.
The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army announced in a brief statement on Friday evening that Munir’s visit is “part of ongoing mediation efforts” led by Islamabad.
Pakistani security sources had mentioned to the German news agency (dpa) that the visit was scheduled for Thursday, but Munir waited for the green light from the Iranian side regarding the possibility of realistically reaching a preliminary agreement.
