نظّم مركز خدمات الجمرات في أمانة العاصمة المقدسة تدريبيًا ميدانيًا للوحدات الكشفية المساندة، ضمن الاستعدادات للحج، بهدف تعزيز جاهزية الوحدات المشاركة.
واستعرض المهندس صافي الياسي، عددًا من المحاور المتعلقة بآليات العمل الميداني، وأدوار الوحدات الكشفية في مساندة أعمال الأمانة بمشعر منى، بما يسهم في دعم الجهود التنظيمية والخدمية، والحد من الممارسات غير النظامية، ومعالجة المظاهر غير الحضارية، إلى جانب الإسهام في توجيه الحجاج وإرشادهم إلى المواقع والمسارات. واشتمل البرنامج على تنفيذ فرضية تدريبية حية في مشعر منى، حاكت عددًا من سيناريوهات العمل الميداني؛ بهدف تنمية مهارات سرعة الاستجابة والتعامل مع الحالات المختلفة، ورفع مستوى التنسيق بين الوحدات الكشفية والجهات العاملة في الميدان، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للحجاج، وتحقيق أعلى درجات الكفاءة التشغيلية خلال موسم الحج.
The Jamrat Services Center in the Holy Capital Municipality organized a field training session for the supporting scouting units, as part of the preparations for Hajj, aimed at enhancing the readiness of the participating units.
Engineer Safi Al-Yasi reviewed several key points related to fieldwork mechanisms and the roles of the scouting units in supporting the municipality’s efforts in Mina, contributing to the organizational and service efforts, reducing irregular practices, and addressing unseemly behaviors, as well as assisting in directing and guiding pilgrims to locations and pathways. The program included a live training exercise in Mina, simulating several fieldwork scenarios; aimed at developing skills for rapid response and handling various situations, and improving coordination between the scouting units and the entities working in the field, which contributes to enhancing the quality of services provided to pilgrims and achieving the highest levels of operational efficiency during the Hajj season.
