تصاعدت الضغوط الدولية على إسرائيل بعد اتهامات وجهها نشطاء ومتضامنون أُفرج عنهم أخيراً، تحدثوا فيها عن تعرضهم لانتهاكات جسدية وجنسية خلال احتجازهم عقب اعتراض «أسطول مساعدات» كان متجهاً إلى قطاع غزة، وفق ما أفادت به تقارير إعلامية عالمية بما في ذلك الغارديان وبي بي سي.
وقال منظمو «أسطول الصمود العالمي» إن عدداً من النشطاء الذين أوقفتهم القوات الإسرائيلية تعرضوا للضرب والإهانة وسوء المعاملة، فيما تم نقل بعضهم إلى المستشفيات بسبب إصابات وكسور، إلى جانب تسجيل ما لا يقل عن 15 حالة اعتداء جنسي، بينها مزاعم بالاغتصاب.
في المقابل، نفت مصلحة السجون الإسرائيلية هذه الاتهامات بشكل قاطع، مؤكدة أن جميع المحتجزين يُعاملون وفق القانون وتحت إشراف طواقم متخصصة، مع توفير الرعاية الطبية اللازمة بحسب المعايير المعتمدة.
وكانت القوات الإسرائيلية قد اعترضت، الثلاثاء الماضي، نحو 50 سفينة في المياه الدولية واحتجزت نحو 430 شخصاً كانوا يحاولون إيصال مساعدات إنسانية إلى قطاع غزة.
وأثارت الحادثة موجة انتقادات دولية واسعة، خصوصاً بعد تداول مقطع فيديو لوزير الأمن القومي الإسرائيلي إيتمار بن غفير ظهر فيه وهو يسخر من بعض النشطاء أثناء احتجازهم داخل السجون.
وأعلنت الحكومة الإيطالية أن دول الاتحاد الأوروبي تناقش إمكانية فرض عقوبات على بن غفير بسبب تصريحاته وسلوكه تجاه المحتجزين.
وقال النشطاء، في بيان عبر تطبيق تيليغرام، إن بعض المعتقلين تعرضوا لإطلاق رصاص مطاطي من مسافات قريبة، فيما أصيب آخرون بكسور متعددة، مؤكدين أن ما تعرضوا له ليس سوى صورة مصغرة لما يواجهه الفلسطينيون يومياً.
وروى الخبير الاقتصادي الإيطالي لوكا بوجي، أحد المحتجزين الذين أُفرج عنهم، تفاصيل ما حدث بعد وصوله إلى روما، قائلاً إن النشطاء جُردوا من ملابسهم وأُلقوا أرضاً وتعرضوا للركل والصعق الكهربائي، مضيفاً أن بعضهم حُرم من التواصل مع محامين.
وفي إيطاليا، بدأ المدعون العامون تحقيقاً في اتهامات تشمل الخطف والتعذيب والاعتداء الجنسي، مع الاستماع إلى شهادات النشطاء العائدين من الاحتجاز.
من جهتها، أكدت وزارة الخارجية الألمانية أن بعض المواطنين الألمان الذين كانوا ضمن الأسطول وصلوا إلى تركيا وهم يعانون من إصابات ويخضعون لفحوصات طبية، مشيرة إلى أن بعض المزاعم “خطيرة وتتطلب توضيحات كاملة”.
كما أفادت الناشطة سابرينا شاريك، التي ساعدت في إعادة 37 مواطناً فرنسياً، بأن خمسة منهم نُقلوا إلى المستشفى في تركيا، بعضهم مصاب بكسور في الأضلاع أو الفقرات، مضيفة أن عدداً من المشاركين قدموا روايات مفصلة عن تعرضهم لاعتداءات جنسية.
ونشر ناشطون صوراً للفرنسي أدريان جوان أظهرت كدمات وآثار ضرب على ظهره وذراعيه بعد وصوله إلى إسطنبول.
وأكد المشاركون أن بعض الانتهاكات وقعت أثناء اعتراض السفن في البحر على يد القوات البحرية الإسرائيلية، بينما حدثت انتهاكات أخرى بعد نقلهم إلى مراكز الاحتجاز داخل إسرائيل.
وفي السياق ذاته، أعلن وزير الخارجية الإسباني خوسيه مانويل ألباريس، أن عشرات النشطاء الإسبان سيصلون تباعاً إلى مدريد وبرشلونة قادمين من إسطنبول، موضحاً أن أربعة منهم تلقوا علاجاً طبياً بسبب إصاباتهم.
كما قال وزير الخارجية الإيطالي أنطونيو تاجاني، إنه يجري اتصالات مع نظرائه الأوروبيين من أجل التوصل سريعاً إلى قرار بشأن فرض عقوبات على بن غفير، على خلفية التعامل مع النشطاء المحتجزين.
International pressure on Israel has intensified following accusations made by activists and supporters who were recently released, in which they spoke about experiencing physical and sexual violations during their detention after the interception of a “humanitarian aid fleet” heading to the Gaza Strip, according to reports from global media outlets including The Guardian and BBC.
The organizers of the “Global Resilience Fleet” stated that several activists detained by Israeli forces were subjected to beatings, humiliation, and mistreatment, with some being transferred to hospitals due to injuries and fractures, alongside at least 15 recorded cases of sexual assault, including allegations of rape.
In contrast, the Israeli prison service categorically denied these accusations, asserting that all detainees are treated according to the law and under the supervision of specialized teams, with necessary medical care provided according to established standards.
Israeli forces intercepted about 50 ships in international waters last Tuesday and detained around 430 people who were attempting to deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
The incident sparked a wave of widespread international criticism, especially after a video clip circulated showing Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir mocking some activists while they were detained in prisons.
The Italian government announced that EU countries are discussing the possibility of imposing sanctions on Ben Gvir due to his statements and behavior towards the detainees.
The activists stated in a message via the Telegram app that some detainees were shot with rubber bullets from close range, while others sustained multiple fractures, emphasizing that what they experienced is merely a microcosm of what Palestinians face daily.
Italian economist Luca Poggi, one of the detainees who was released, recounted the details of what happened after his arrival in Rome, stating that the activists were stripped of their clothes, thrown to the ground, and subjected to kicking and electric shocks, adding that some were denied communication with lawyers.
In Italy, prosecutors have launched an investigation into allegations including kidnapping, torture, and sexual assault, while listening to testimonies from activists returning from detention.
For its part, the German Foreign Ministry confirmed that some German citizens who were part of the fleet arrived in Turkey suffering from injuries and undergoing medical examinations, noting that some allegations are “serious and require full clarifications.”
Activist Sabrina Charik, who helped repatriate 37 French citizens, reported that five of them were transferred to a hospital in Turkey, some with rib or vertebra fractures, adding that several participants provided detailed accounts of experiencing sexual assaults.

Participants confirmed that some violations occurred during the interception of the ships at sea by Israeli naval forces, while other violations took place after their transfer to detention centers inside Israel.
In the same context, Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares announced that dozens of Spanish activists would be arriving successively in Madrid and Barcelona from Istanbul, explaining that four of them received medical treatment due to their injuries.
Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani also stated that he is in contact with his European counterparts to quickly reach a decision regarding the imposition of sanctions on Ben Gvir, in light of the treatment of the detained activists.
