كشف المتحدث الإعلامي لجوازات منطقة مكة المكرمة الرائد عبدالرحمن القثامي أنَّ المديرية العامة للجوازات، تواصل أعمالها للنظر في القضايا الواردة إلى اللجان الموسمية في مداخل العاصمة المقدسة، وإصدار العقوبات والقرارات الإدارية، بحق الناقلين لأشخاص غير مصرَّح لهم بالحج.
وأشار إلى أن اللجان الإدارية الموسمية بمداخل العاصمة المقدسة بالتنعيم والشميسي، تعمل خلال موسم الحج على مدار الساعة لإصدار العقوبات المترتبة على ناقلي الأشخاص الذين لا يحملون تصاريح الحج. وأوضح أن العقوبات تتضمن السجن مدة تصل إلى ستة أشهر، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى 100 ألف ريال، بالإضافة إلى التشهير والمطالبة قضائيّاً بمصادرة وسيلة النقل، وإذا كان الناقل المخالف وافداً يتم إبعاده عن المملكة مع منعه من دخول المملكة لمدة 10 سنوات.
وشدد الرائد القثامي على أن كافة اللجان الإدارية تقف بالمرصاد لكل من يحاول أنْ يخالف سواء في مركز التنعيم، ومركز الشميسي، ومركز الكر، ومركز البهيتة، وتعمل على مدار الساعة للتحقيق مع كل مخالف وإصدار القرار والعقوبة في حينها.
وأكد المتحدث ضرورة التقيد بتعليمات وأنظمة الحج، ووزارة الداخلية، منبهاً على إيقاع كافة العقوبات المنصوص عليها نظاماً بحق جميع مَن يخالف التعليمات المنظمة لموسم الحج.
The media spokesperson for the Passports Department of the Makkah Region, Major Abdulrahman Al-Quthami, revealed that the General Directorate of Passports continues its work to address the issues brought to the seasonal committees at the entrances of the holy capital, issuing penalties and administrative decisions against those transporting individuals who are not authorized to perform Hajj.
He pointed out that the seasonal administrative committees at the entrances of the holy capital in Tan’im and Al-Shumaisi operate around the clock during the Hajj season to issue penalties against those transporting individuals who do not hold Hajj permits. He explained that the penalties include imprisonment for up to six months, a financial fine of up to 100,000 riyals, in addition to publicizing the violation and legally demanding the confiscation of the means of transport. If the violating transporter is an expatriate, they will be deported from the Kingdom and banned from entering for 10 years.
Major Al-Quthami emphasized that all administrative committees are vigilant against anyone attempting to violate regulations, whether at the Tan’im center, Al-Shumaisi center, Al-Kar center, or Al-Buhayta center, and they work around the clock to investigate every violator and issue decisions and penalties promptly.
The spokesperson confirmed the necessity of adhering to the instructions and regulations of Hajj and the Ministry of Interior, warning that all penalties stipulated by law will be imposed on anyone who violates the regulations governing the Hajj season.
