وفي جانب النقل، يبدو واضحاً أن المملكة لا تدير موسماً فقط، بل تبني مستقبلاً كاملاً للحج. مشاريع الطرق، وتقليص زمن الرحلات، وتطوير الربط بين جدة ومكة، وحتى تجارب تبريد الطرق، كلها تؤكد أن التفكير لا يتوقف عند الحج الحالي، بل يمتد إلى تجربة الحج في السنوات القادمة.
