هنأ رئيس مجلس علماء باكستان الشيخ طاهر محمود أشرفي خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، بمناسبة نجاح موسم حج 1447، مؤكداً أن المملكة قدمت نموذجاً عالمياً متقدماً في إدارة الحشود وخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، عكس حجم التطور الذي تشهده منظومة الحج عاماً بعد عام.
وقال أشرفي إن النجاح اللافت الذي تحقق هذا الموسم جاء بتوفيق الله أولاً، ثم بفضل التوجيهات الكريمة للقيادة السعودية، والمتابعة المستمرة من ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان، وحرصه على تطوير منظومة الحج والارتقاء بخدماتها وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.
إدارة الحشود.. نموذج عالمي
وأكد أن نجاح الخطة التشغيلية للحج وإدارة الحشود مثّل نموذجاً مثالياً على مستوى العالم، بفضل العمل المتكامل بين مختلف الجهات المعنية، والتنفيذ الدقيق للخطط الميدانية والتنظيمية التي أسهمت في تمكين الحجاج من أداء مناسكهم بيسر وأمان.
وأشار إلى أن المشاعر المقدسة تحولت إلى مدينة متكاملة الخدمات الحديثة، تستوعب ملايين الحجاج وتوفر لهم أعلى درجات الراحة والسلامة، في ظل منظومة متقدمة من الخدمات الأمنية والصحية واللوجستية.
«طريق مكة».. تجربة نوعية
وأشاد أشرفي بمشروع «طريق مكة»، مؤكداً أنه أحدث نقلة نوعية في تسهيل إجراءات الحج، وأسهم في تقديم خدمات كبيرة للحجاج قبل وصولهم إلى المملكة، ما انعكس على انسيابية رحلتهم وأدائهم للمناسك بكل يسر.
وأضاف أن المملكة تواصل تطوير برامجها ومشاريعها ومنشآتها المخصصة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، بما يضمن المحافظة على أمنهم وسلامتهم وراحتهم منذ لحظة وصولهم وحتى مغادرتهم إلى بلدانهم.
إشادة بجهود الجهات الأمنية والخدمية
وثمّن رئيس مجلس علماء باكستان جهود مختلف الوزارات والهيئات والقطاعات العسكرية والمدنية المشاركة في خدمة الحجاج، وفي مقدمتها رجال الأمن، مشيداً بالدور الذي تضطلع به لجنة الحج العليا برئاسة وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف.
وأكد أن التكامل بين الجهات الحكومية أسهم في نجاح الموسم، مشيراً إلى الدور المحوري الذي تؤديه وزارة الحج والعمرة في تطوير الخدمات المقدمة للحجاج وتعزيز التنسيق مع بعثات الحج والجهات الأمنية والصحية.
فتوى باكستانية تؤكد: لا حج بلا تصريح
وكشف أشرفي أن دار الإفتاء في باكستان أصدرت فتوى شرعية تؤكد عدم جواز أداء الحج دون تصريح، مشدداً على أهمية الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة للحج، لما تمثله من ركيزة أساسية لحماية الحجاج وضمان سلامتهم وتحقيق الانسيابية في إدارة الحشود.
رؤية 2030 تنعكس في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن
وأكد أشرفي أن موسم حج هذا العام جسّد نجاح مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تطوير منظومة الحج والعمرة، مشيراً إلى أن الأمير محمد بن سلمان يقود مشروعاً تطويرياً طموحاً أسهم في تحقيق قفزات نوعية في مختلف المجالات، وفي مقدمتها خدمة الحرمين الشريفين وقاصديهما.
وقال إن أكثر من 1.7 مليون حاج أدوا مناسكهم وسط منظومة تشغيلية متكاملة شارك فيها مئات الآلاف من العاملين المدنيين والعسكريين والأطباء والكوادر الصحية والفنية والإدارية، الذين حظوا بالدعم الكامل من القيادة السعودية.
وفي ختام تصريحه، جدد رئيس مجلس علماء باكستان تهانيه لخادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي العهد بمناسبة نجاح موسم الحج، مؤكداً أن المملكة سخرت جميع إمكاناتها لخدمة الإسلام والمسلمين والحرمين الشريفين وقاصديهما، في مشهد يستحق الإشادة والتقدير من العالم الإسلامي بأسره.
The Chairman of the Council of Scholars of Pakistan, Sheikh Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the successful Hajj season of 1447, affirming that the Kingdom has provided a leading global model in crowd management and serving the guests of Allah, reflecting the level of development witnessed in the Hajj system year after year.
Ashrafi stated that the remarkable success achieved this season came first by the grace of Allah, and then thanks to the kind directives of the Saudi leadership, the continuous follow-up from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and his keenness to develop the Hajj system and elevate its services according to the highest global standards.
Crowd Management: A Global Model
He confirmed that the success of the operational plan for Hajj and crowd management represented an ideal model at the global level, thanks to the integrated work among various concerned entities and the precise implementation of field and organizational plans that contributed to enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and safety.
He pointed out that the holy sites have transformed into a modern, fully serviced city that accommodates millions of pilgrims and provides them with the highest levels of comfort and safety, under an advanced system of security, health, and logistical services.
“Makkah Route”: A Quality Experience
Ashrafi praised the “Makkah Route” project, affirming that it has brought about a qualitative leap in facilitating Hajj procedures and contributed to providing significant services to pilgrims before their arrival in the Kingdom, which reflected positively on the smoothness of their journey and their performance of the rituals with ease.
He added that the Kingdom continues to develop its programs, projects, and facilities dedicated to serving the guests of Allah, ensuring their safety, security, and comfort from the moment they arrive until they depart to their countries.
Praise for the Efforts of Security and Service Agencies
The Chairman of the Council of Scholars of Pakistan appreciated the efforts of various ministries, agencies, and military and civilian sectors involved in serving the pilgrims, foremost among them the security personnel, commending the role played by the Supreme Hajj Committee chaired by the Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef.
He affirmed that the integration among government entities contributed to the success of the season, pointing to the pivotal role played by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in developing the services provided to pilgrims and enhancing coordination with Hajj missions and security and health authorities.
Pakistani Fatwa Confirms: No Hajj Without a Permit
Ashrafi revealed that the Fatwa House in Pakistan issued a legal fatwa confirming that performing Hajj without a permit is not permissible, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the regulations and instructions governing Hajj, as they represent a fundamental pillar for protecting pilgrims, ensuring their safety, and achieving smooth crowd management.
Vision 2030 Reflected in Serving the Guests of Allah
Ashrafi confirmed that this year’s Hajj season embodied the success of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the Hajj and Umrah system, noting that Prince Mohammed bin Salman is leading an ambitious development project that has contributed to achieving qualitative leaps in various fields, foremost among them serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors.
He stated that more than 1.7 million pilgrims performed their rituals within a comprehensive operational system that involved hundreds of thousands of civilian and military workers, doctors, health, technical, and administrative staff, who received full support from the Saudi leadership.
In conclusion, the Chairman of the Council of Scholars of Pakistan renewed his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince on the success of the Hajj season, affirming that the Kingdom has harnessed all its capabilities to serve Islam, Muslims, the Two Holy Mosques, and their visitors, in a scene that deserves praise and appreciation from the entire Islamic world.
