فنجاح الحج لا يُختزل في الخدمات أو البنية التحتية أو التقنيات الحديثة فحسب، بل يعكس في جوهره مستوى الاستقرار الذي تنعم به المملكة. فالأمن ليس مجرد غياب للجريمة أو التهديد، بل قدرة الدولة على إدارة التعقيد بكفاءة، وضمان سلامة الإنسان أينما كان، مهما كان حجم التحديات.
